Inside, you’ll find a spacious open-plan living area with comfortable seating, a cosy gas fire and dining space ideal for family meals or board games. The well-equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a self-catered stay. There are three bedrooms comprising one double and two twins, which can be made into king-size beds if required. A shower room and a separate cloakroom add extra convenience.
A real highlight is the private terraced garden, accessed via steep steps, offering breathtaking sea views — an ideal spot to relax with a glass of wine and take in the scenery.
From April to October, guests can enjoy Brynowen Holiday Park’s on-site facilities (passes available at reception at an additional cost), including an indoor swimming pool with flume, arcade games, football pitch, and adventure playground.
Nearby Borth offers shops, pubs, restaurants, a sandy beach, watersports, and the popular Borth Wild Animal Kingdom. Explore the Dyfi National Nature Reserve, scenic Cambrian Mountains, or spend a day in Aberystwyth, home to the steam railway, National Library of Wales, arts centre, and a wide range of eateries.
The Caravan is a fantastic base for families looking to explore the beautiful Welsh coastline.

• The property is situated on a hill and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
• One well-behaved dog is welcome not allowed in Bedrooms or Sofa’s. Dogs must be kept on a lead on site and are not permitted in the bedrooms.

Booking Terms & Conditions
We required a bookings holding fee £75 which is take off the final balance.
Balance must be fully paid 4 weeks of holiday commencing.
All cancellation must 14 days before holiday commencing to receive full or part refund, if less that 14 days then no refund, unless agreed with us.
Please note that no contractors, workmen, or vehicles with contractor logos are allowed on the holiday parks (licensing rules).
