The static holiday home is based in highly sought after area on Clarach Bay Holiday Park, Aberystwyth with own parking for one vehicle. Ideal for relaxing break or holiday. Now fitted with Double glazing windows throughout. The Youtube video was filmed before the new double glazing windows were fitted as it was only installed early October 23.
The holiday park has what you expect from a family holiday park, There is a Swimming Pool, Clubhouse, Site Shop for your essentials, Fish and Chip shop, Pizzeria, Crazy Golf, Go-Carts, and a lovely pebble and sandy beach with Rock pools and caves. You can also walk the beautiful coastal path to Borth or Aberystwyth. Stunning views.
This is a pet friendly static caravan but max of 2 dogs, (holiday park rules)
We only accept minimum of 2 nights, during main high season we prefer 7 nights stays but we will consider other stays.
We have our own WIFI connection installed to access free of charge. Please note with being mobile network operated its not as reliable as home broad band
The holiday park operate the on-site facilities, we only privately own the static holiday home.
The holiday park operate a small charge for indoor pool and the new gym that’s opening, passes included but short notice bookings booked within 48 hours of arrival holiday park are charging £5 per pass admin costs which holiday park charges.
We can supply lining and towels with beds already made up for you for £40 if required, travel cots and high chairs can be hired also
We are bookings agents for the private owners which, so there is a booking fee of £30 booking fee and deposit of £70 which the deposit is refundable if the holiday home is left clean and no damage occurs, which will be the require at time of booking £100 deposit.

We are booking agents for this one theres a £30 booking fee (none refunable)
Deposit required of £70 which is returned 5 to 7 days after your stay (paid to you bank)
All bookings less 3 to 5 nights are charged an extra cleaning fee £30
Cancellation notice is 14 days before if you cancel after this date now refund unless we agree of part or full only is some circumstances.
We accept card payments over the phone and bank tranfers, we can also accept payments in installments
Please note that no contractors, workmen, or vehicles with contractor logos are allowed on the holiday parks (licensing rules).
