Please note:

• All onsite facilities are operated independently by the holiday park, while we privately manage the holiday home on behalf of the owners.
• The holiday park charges a small fee for use of the indoor swimming pool and new gym facilities.
• Passes are included with bookings; however, short-notice bookings made within 48 hours of arrival may incur a £5 administration fee per pass charged by the holiday park.

This is a pet friendly static caravan in Wales, with a maximum of 2 dogs permitted in line with holiday park rules.

We accept a minimum stay of 2 nights, although longer stays are preferred during peak holiday periods and school holidays.

Guests can enjoy free WiFi access during their stay. Please note that as the connection operates through a mobile network, speeds and reliability may vary compared to home broadband.

We can also provide:

• Bedding and towels with beds made up ready for arrival (£40)
• Travel cot hire
• High chair hire

As booking agents for the private owners, we require:

• £30 booking fee
• £70 refundable security deposit
• Total £100 payable at booking

The refundable deposit will be returned provided the holiday home is left clean and no damage occurs during the stay.
