The caravan is budget family home which is well-maintained 2-bedroom unit with 6 beds. It includes a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The caravan is fully centrally heated, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bathroom features a shower with a raised shower base.
The caravan park offers several amenities, including a sports bar and a club with entertainment during the main season, and only on weekends from Easter. There is also an indoor swimming pool, a main club with a sports bar, a kids indoor play area, a small arcade, a coffee shop, and a mini-park for children.
The location of the caravan is convenient, with just a 10 to 15-minute walk to the town, seafront, and the main train station. Professional cleaners maintain the static caravan, ensuring cleanliness for guests. The holiday park manages the onsite facilities, while the owners privately own the static holiday home. The caravan is also pet-friendly, allowing a maximum of 2 dogs. It is located near the children’s small park and is a short walk to the facilities building on Aberystwyth Holiday Village.
We only accept weekend bookings from Friday to Monday and part-week bookings from Monday to Friday during the low season, Easter, May bank holidays, and the main summer holidays. We prefer week-long bookings during these times.
We can supply linen and towels with beds made up for £40
Wifi Included (4G System) Please note with being mobile network operated its not as reliable as home broad band.
Our min stay is 3 nights to max 21 days. (3 weeks) we do offer discounts on a 2-week stay.
Deposit of £70 is required to secure you secure you holiday remaining balance due 4 weeks before.
Contact us directly as we are able to take all card payments over the phone and we are able to accept monthly payment plans via us directly.
We offer discounts on return bookings, even if you rebook for 2024 / 2025

We required a bookings holding fee £75 which is take off the final balance.
Balance must be fully paid 4 weeks of holiday commencing.
All bookings less 3 to 5 nights are charged an extra cleaning fee £30
All cancellation must 14 days before holiday commencing to receive full or part refund, if less that 14 days then no refund, unless agreed with us.
Please note that no contractors, workmen, or vehicles with contractor logos are allowed on the holiday parks (licensing rules).
