The living area features a new sofa suite with a full recliner chair, and the main sofa can be converted into a double bed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, similar to what you would find in a house or cottage. It includes a full range cooker with a hot plate and comes with additional extras.

The holiday home also offers a private small garden and a stunning view of Clarach Bay from its patio doors and veranda. Guests can enjoy breathtaking sunsets from this vantage point which is one of the best loctaions on the holiday park highly sort after location.

Its location on the holiday park is considered one of the best pitches available. The static is pet-friendly, allowing a maximum of 2 dogs. The parking area for this accommodation is conveniently located behind the club house, just a short walk of 30 to 40 meters away.

The holiday park offers all the amenities and activities that you would typically find in a family holiday park. These include a swimming pool, clubhouse, site shop for essential items, fish and chip shop, pizzeria, crazy golf, go-carts, and a beautiful pebble beach with rockpools and caves.

In addition to these facilities, guests can also enjoy walking along the stunning coastal path to the nearby towns of Borth or Aberystwyth, which offer breathtaking views.

For those who need to stay connected, the holiday home provides its own WiFi system, which in free. It’s important to note that while the park operates the onsite facilities, the static holiday homes are privately owned.
