Booking Terms & Conditions
We are keeping the holiday hire rates to the same as 2025 rates,
Booking fee £75 to secure your dates which comes off remaining balance. full amount must be paid in full 4 weeks before stay starts.
There is an extra charge of £40 for linen and towls (please note the towels are standard size) supplied by one of our 2 3rd party cleaning suppliers

We have our own WIFI connection installed to access free of charge. Please note with being mobile network operated its not as reliable as home broad band
