About the Property

This static caravan has 3 bedrooms: one main double room and 2 with single beds. There is also a pull-out double bed in the living room, which is built into the sofa. The caravan features full central heating and a modern kitchen with integrated fridge and freezer. The kitchen units are separate. Additionally, there is a 43-inch Smart TV. The static caravan is very comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained. It has an outside seating patio area with freshly laid turf.

Located in a quiet area, the static caravan offers its own parking bay for 1 vehicle and a view of Aberystwyth University, National Library of Wales, and the cliffside cable trams.

The holiday park operates its main facilities on weekends only from Easter, and all week from the end of July until September. Afterwards, it goes back to weekends only. These facilities include the lounge bar, main club, and indoor swimming pool, unless otherwise stated by the holiday park. It’s important to note that the onsite facilities are operated by the holiday park, and we privately own the static holiday home.

In terms of bookings, we only accept weekends from Friday to Monday and part-week stays from Monday to Friday during the low season, Easter, May bank holidays, and the main summer holidays. We prefer bookings for full weeks, but we also accommodate 2,3, 4, and 5-night stays.

We have our own WIFI connection installed for guests to access free of charge. Please be aware that since it operates on a mobile network, it may not be as reliable as home broadband.

We provide bedding and towels for a small fee, and there is an additional charge of £40 per booking.

We are currently offering a 10% discount for NHS staff, including private carers. However, we will require ID or a badge for confirmation.

Return bookings are eligible for discounts, even if you rebook for 2023 or 2024. We accept payments via Debit/Credit cards and bank transfers. Additionally, we offer a payment plan through direct debit to help spread the cost.
