The holiday home has 3 bedroom sleeps 8 with open plan living area is spacious and perfect for spending time with family or friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up a storm, including a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and plenty of utensils and crockery.
The three bedrooms offer ample space and comfort, with plenty of storage for your vacation attire. The master bedroom features a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the two additional bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds, respectively. Additionally, there is a family bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink for added convenience.
Outside, the full-length decking area is perfect for enjoying the sunshine and the fresh sea air. There is plenty of seating for everyone, and the secure gate means that children and pets can play safely. The holiday home also comes with its own parking space, so you don’t have to worry about finding a spot for your car.
Overall, this holiday home is the perfect base for exploring the beautiful Welsh coast. With all the amenities you need on site, and plenty of activities to keep the whole family entertained, you’re sure to have a fantastic holiday.
This is a pet friendly static caravan but max of 2 dogs, (holiday park rules)
We only accept weekends Friday to Monday and part week Monday to Friday in Low season, Easter, may bank holidays and main summer holidays. We prefer week booking.
We have our own WIFI connection installed to access free of charge. Please note with being mobile network operated it is not as reliable as home broad band.
The holiday park operate the onsite facilities, we only privately own the static holiday home.
The holiday park operate a small charge for indoor pool and the new gym that is opening, passes included but short notice bookings booked within 48 hours of arrival holiday park are charging £5 per pass admin costs which we arrange for you.
We are offering bedding and beds already made up for you and towels for £40.
We offer the hire of this static holiday home on behalf of the private owners which we charge a £30 booking fee and deposit of £70 which is refundable if the holiday home is left clean and no damage occurs, which will show as £100 deposit.

The caravan is very homely and is a relaxing place to be as when the weather is nice you can sit on the decking and multiple things to do on site. i would definitely recommend if you have a big family as it is a large caravan and recommend it if your looking for a relaxing week away from home.
It's a great getaway break for all those with a family and adults, it's a fantastic location, very close to the beach and facilities on site. The caravan is lovely, very relaxing with home comforts, the decking is a great place to sit over looking the brook.

Deposit required of £100 which is returned 5 to 7 days after your stay (paid to you bank)
All bookings less 3 to 5 nights are charged an extra cleaning fee £30
Cancellation notice is 14 days before if you cancel after this date now refund unless we agree of part or full only is some circumstances.
Please note that no contractors, workmen, or vehicles with contractor logos are allowed on the holiday parks (licensing rules).
