Booking Terms & Conditions
We are keeping the holiday hire rates to the same as 2024 rates,
Booking fee £75 to secure your dates which comes off remaining balance. full amount must be paid in full 4 weeks before stay starts.
There is an extra charge of £40 for linen and towls (please note the towels are standard size) supplied by one of our 2 3rd party cleaning suppliers
There is a booking fee of £40 per booking.

We have our own WIFI connection installed to access free of charge. Please note with being mobile network operated its not as reliable as home broad band
This static can be accessed by people with some disabilities, however there are steps to the static, which can be a bit difficult for some guests to manage, please speak to us if require advise or further information.
