About the Property
Charming Self-catered holiday chalet. Sleeps 4. Close to Padstow set in 27 acres of parkland.
There is ample free parking in the designated areas.
Outside the chalet is a decked area with a large picnic table which is ideal for alfresco dining
Please be aware that smoking is not permitted in the chalet or on the decked area.
The Kitchen
The kitchen has modern units and is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, ‘fridge, washing machine, microwave oven etc. There is a dining table with four chairs and enough cutlery, crockery, and glasses for four people.
The Lounge
In the lounge area, there is a three-seat sofa and a chair, a wall-mounted TV/DVD player. Heating is provided by two oil-filled radiators. There is a selection of Ordnance Survey maps and books with walks for most abilities which are available to borrow.
The Bedrooms
There are two bedrooms, one with a standard double bed and one with twin beds. Both rooms have a wardrobe and a small chest of drawers. There are also bedside tables and lamps and a hairdryer.
Pillows and duvets are provided. Towels and bed linen are provided
The Bathroom
The fully tiled bathroom has a shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, heated towel rail, and underfloor heating.
On-Site
On the Atlantic Bays Holiday Park there is a shop, laundry, and children’s (under 12) play area. The Conservatory Bar is open during the main season but due to the current Covid-19 regulations opening may be sporadic. The chalet owners cannot be held responsible for the non-availability of any of the site facilities.

How time flies. We haven't been down to Cornwall since 2019 as we were coming back in 2020 but due to Covid we had to stay away. Coming back to the chalet felt like it was only yesterday.
we have had a great, fantastic week. The weather didn't stop us from doing anything. Hopefully we will be back at some point.

Booking Terms & Conditions
All bookings are Saturday to Saturday.
Arrival after 5.00pm. Departure time 10.00am.
We only accept bookings from persons aged 18 or over.
As Atlantic Bays cater for families and couples, we reserve the right to refuse bookings from single-sex groups or groups of young adults.
Smoking is not permitted in the chalet or on the decked area
No pets are allowed.
The chalet is only to be used for the purpose of holiday accommodation.
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. This is non-refundable.
The balance will be due eight weeks before the start of the booking.
Full payment will be required for any bookings made within eight weeks of the start date.
Any cancellations must be made in writing.
Refund Policy:- If the holiday is cancelled between eight weeks and one week before commencement then a 50% charge will be levied. If cancelled one week before commencement then 100% charge will be levied.
We will attempt to re-let the chalet for the canceled period. If we do, then we will refund any monies paid less a £30 administration charge.
We will only cancel your booking due to situations beyond our control.
In such circumstances, we will inform you as soon as is practicable and refund all monies paid.
We will only be liable for any payments made to us.
Please ensure the following.
That the chalet and its contents are treated with respect.
When leaving that the door is locked and the key is placed back in the key box and it is locked.
Any damage or breakages are reported immediately.
Please arrive after the stated time and leave by the stated time.
We will furnish you with a clean and comfortable chalet and make every provision to ensure that all contents and fittings are as described and are in working order.
Bed linen is provided.
There is a list of site rules in the chalet.
No liability will be accepted by us for loss, personal injury, damage, or theft of your belongings or property however caused.
