About the Property
SHORT BREAKS AND WEEKLY AVAILABLE
I can do Friday- Fridays , or Fridays- Mondays or Monday – Fridays.

I let from March – mid of November.
Sally’s Static Caravan – ( new in 2021) used in 2022 – at West Wayland Caravan Park, near Looe, Cornwall.
Caravan has one double bedroom, one room with 2 singles and one fold out bed will sleep one .
Shower , toilet and sink
Kitchen has a gas cooker , fridge with a small freezer box , microwave, kettle , toaster and everything you need to make a meal .
Lounge has a large corner bed sofa , Tv with built in dvd , with a Electric fire .
All rooms have gas central heating, Electric heater in lounge .
FREE – Wifi which is unlimited
Has outside seating with sea views
The site has a well stocked shop , laundry facilities also a mobile take away van .
Bus stop is at the entrance of site .
Looe has many pubs , shops , cafes , beaches and also does boat trips .
Also a ideal base for walking along the coastal foot paths .
we allow one , well behaved dog for additional fee , dog exercise field is on site .
I have dog bowls and old towels for muddy days welcome to use.
Tea towels , hand wash , one toilet roll , dish cloth , washing up liquid and hand towels all provided. Please bring your own Towels for showering thank you .
Bed linen , the choice is yours , bring your own or hire from us.
High chair , baby crib and travel cot you can hire from me for a little fee , saves you bringing yours , I try to make it easier for my guests.
NOW got a water tray for Toddlers, let them play, while you relax watching the sea view .
We let from Friday – Friday peak time , you are welcome to arrive Saturdays, but leaving day is Friday when booking a week, so it is ready for next family.
we will allow short breaks out of peak season.
Arrival times is between 3 and 4pm ( can text if ready earlier ) and departure time is 10am

We stayed for a long weekend in Sallys caravan. The communication from booking was great with Sally consistently checking in with us & updating us.
Sally met us at the caravan & gave us a little tour. The caravan is beautiful & so well looked after. I have never stayed in such a pristine, clean caravan.
Sally even checked in to ensure everything was ok during our stay.
Would definitely recommend a stay here.
We booked a last minute weekend in Sally's caravan. Sally was great with communicating and letting us know when it was ready. Everything was cosy and spotless and we had a fab time. 3rd time staying in this van and we will definitely be back⛱️🌞
Booking Terms & Conditions
Deposit is £100 to save your dates , non fundable . Full amount will need to be paid 6 weeks before your stay . If you need to cancel your booking and paid in full .we will allow you to rebook another time . If you do not wish to rebook , I will give you half the money back , if I can not fill in the cancellation. If I do get the booking refilled , I will give you , all your money back .
You can bring your own bedding , or hire from us , the choice is yours .
We allow 2 well behaved dogs for a couple , or one dog if a big family for a extra fee .
