About the Property
Welcome to our family holiday home on Trevella park, situated in a quiet location, all amenities within easy reach,swimming pool on doorstep, , crazy golf, and play areas within walking distance
Our holiday home is a 2011 Swift Bordeaux Superior model, consisting of double glazing, central heating, and two bedrooms, one double with ensuite, and a twin room.
The lounge has a double pull out bed if required, in addition to plenty of seating, the dining area has a full size table with 4 chairs. The main bathroom has a large walk in shower cubicle.
The kitchen is equipped with a full size cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer and a microwave it also has full set of utensils and everything that is needed for a pleasant stay. Gas and Electric included in price.
Duvets and pillows are provided bed linen provided double bed and twin beds if bed settee required this can be arranged small cost no towels supplied.
£50 to secure dates balance 8 weeks before arrival. Non refundable £75 damages fee with final payment returned when caravan been inspected within a few days ,
Wrap around decking that is gated for safety reasons, picnic table and bench provided for seating lovely location on park to sit and relax
