We are a family-run holiday rental business offering chalets for hire on the Welcome Family Holiday Park. Each chalet is privately owned by us, and the property manager lives in Dawlish Warren next to the holiday park. Each chalet sleeps up to 8 persons, and a well-behaved dog is allowed at no extra charge. We offer free wifi, free linen hire, and free electricity. Our wifi service is a fibreoptic broadband relayed via access points in the chalets, which is faster than a 4G router. There is an amplified TV signal for a clear picture, and two TV’s are provided in the lounge and twin bedroom. There is parking available at either side of the chalet block for your convenience.
Upstairs, there is a double and twin bedroom, with a sofa-bed for two extra guests. There is a bathroom upstairs, with full size bath (plus electric shower). Downstairs, there is an open-plan lounge and kitchen, with an extra sofabed provided. A picnic table is provided so that our guests can enjoy outdoor dining overlooking well presented communal gardens if they wish.

Guests are required to sign and agree to our booking form (terms and conditions). Keys cannot be released until this document is signed. A copy will be given to you to prove your booking to site staff to access park facilities such as the pool and club, or in the event of any security checks. We do not accept any pets other than a well-behaved dog. Dogs must not be left alone in our chalets at any time, as it is against park rules. We do not accept bookings for stag/ hen/ college or school leaver groups having organised parties. This is because the park management will not allow this. We have several chalets in the same block in family ownership, so if you want a meet up with extended family this can be arranged.
