About the Property

Welcome2Warren is a family run holiday rental business, and we live in Dawlish Warren for easy check-in any day of the week. We have a selection of brick built villa properties in a quiet block on the popular Welcome family holiday park. The accommodation  is set away from the main park facilities, and with the benefit of a large car park either side of the block . Willow is one of our villa properties that is available for hire throughout the season. The accommodation is newly refurbished and fully compliant with UK fire safety law. There are wired smoke/ heat alarms, fire resistant internal doors, and thumb turn locks. The staircase has a baby gate fitted to the top and bottom step that can be rolled away if not needed. Upstairs windows are fitted with optional child safe latches to restrict opening.

Our hire price includes bedding, electric usage and a well behaved dog is allowed for no extra charge. We provide you with a towel and tea-towel starter pack, but ask that you bring your own as well. We also supply a travel cot, high chair, baby bath and changing mat at no extra charge (please request when booking). We are the only owners on the park to offer our guests free, complimentary fibreoptic WIFI on an exclusive network coming from our house next door. We invested in technology because 4G is very unpredictable in Dawlish Warren.

Willow villa has two bedrooms upstairs. A small double bedroom, and a larger family bedroom. This is equipped with a triple bunk bed (double and single), plus an additional small single bed. There is a TV in this room. The bathroom is upstairs, and has a shower over a full size bath tub. There is an extractor fan in the bathroom. The separate WC room includes a basin and extractor fan. Heating is provided through wall panels in each bedroom and the lounge. An extra pull out double bed is located in the stairwell area of the ground floor. The downstairs kitchen is well equipped with a multi-functional 20l air fryer, 30l mini oven and hob, extra hob, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle iron, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner and plenty of workspace for food preparation. The lounge has a two seater sofa, a three seater sofa and smart TV for browsing the web during your stay with us. We have installed a TV amplifier serving both televisions in the property. Each floor has USB ports installed for easy charging of mobile phones and computers. There are a selection of books and games for all ages in the lounge. Just outside there is a picnic bench for guest use overlooking well presented communal gardens. You may spot a wild bunny or three hopping across the grass during the evening as they have burrows on site.

The Welcome family holiday park has a laundrette, playground, sports pitch and gift shops/ takeaways. Guests may use the Welcome family holiday park club and pool if they buy daily passes from the site office. Otherwise, Paddy’s bar is a few minutes walk away, and offers free admission to our guests. The Warren Bridge Inn is a short walk away offering meals, live entertainment and an outdoor garden area. The Langstone cliff hotel allows day guests to use their facilities such as the pool, bar, restaurant and gardens. 

The Blue Flag beach resort of Dawlish Warren is just a few minutes flat walk from our holiday accommodation. Here you will find a fun fair, golf course, nature reserve, go karting and various shops/ bars. There is a lovely coastal walk into Dawlish town, and lots of picnic areas along the route. Dawlish Warren has a train station and bus stop which is a short walk from Willow villa, so there is no need to drive to have an enjoyable trip. There are plenty of shops and cafes on the doorstep, and lots of attractions in the locality to suit different interests.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Guests are required to sign and agree to our booking hire agreement and provide us with photographic ID which we will copy. This is for security and insurance reasons. Keys cannot be released until this document is signed.

We do not accept any pets other than a well-behaved dog. Dogs must not be left alone in our chalets at any time, as it is against park rules and security may ask you to leave.

We do not accept bookings for stag/ hen/ college or school leaver groups having organised parties or similar social events. We have several chalets in the same block in family ownership, so if you want a meet up with extended family this can be arranged.
