Welcome2Warren offers two storey brick built villa properties on the Welcome family holiday park, Dawlish Warren. Our accommodation provides an exclusive fibreoptic powered guest channel allowing multiple connections, both inside the property and outside in the garden area. We provide a garden picnic bench so guests can relax in the sunshine, overlooking well presented communal gardens. Car parking is available at either side of the block. The Blue Flag beach resort of Dawlish Warren is just 7 minutes walk from our villa, and there are plenty of shops, cafes, bars and takeaways within a few minutes walk. The train and bus stop at the village on a regular basis. Dawlish Warren beach has a coastal walk into Dawlish town, golf course, amusements and fun fair, along with go karting and nature reserve. There are plenty of opportunities for fishing, boating and swimming locally. The Welcome family holiday park site facilities are available to guests. The pool complex requires purchase of a daily pass (optional). The club is free during the day and requires purchase of a pass for all guests aged 5+ after 6pm. Paddy’s bar is just across the road, and allows free entry every evening with bingo, live entertainment and a well stocked bar. Our accommodation has two bedrooms, and further sleeping arrangements on the ground floor. The bathroom is upstairs with a full sized tub, and electric shower. Two dogs are permitted free, subject to our terms. We can supply a travel cot if required, and provide free bedding hire for our guests so beds are made up ready for relaxing holidays. The stairs have a baby gate installed on the bottom and top step, and a front door gate. The kitchen is well stocked with a 30L mini cooker, hobs, multi-functional air fryer, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. There is a smart TV in the lounge, and another TV in the bedroom upstairs. USB charging ports are installed on both floors.

Guests are required to sign and agree to our booking hire agreement and provide us with photographic ID which we will copy. This is for security and insurance reasons. Keys cannot be released until this document is signed.
We do not accept any pets other than a well-behaved dog. Dogs must not be left alone in our accommodation at any time, as it is against park rules and security may ask you to leave.
We do not accept bookings for stag/ hen/ college or school leaver groups having organised parties or similar social events. We have several similar properties in the same block, so if you want a meet up with extended family this can be arranged.
