Booking Terms & Conditions

JLHP Caravan Hire – Terms & Guest Information

ALL PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE THE £100.00 DAMAGE DEPOSIT THIS IS PAYABLE ONTOP OF PRICE BUT IS REFUNDED BACK TO YOU

Booking & Payments

1. £50 deposit secures your booking (bank transfer).

2. Booking confirmed once deposit is received.

3. Balance due 28 days before arrival (or agreed date).

4. Late bookings require full payment.

5. Payment plans available subject to agreement.

6. You will recieve a google form via email which needs to be filled in before booking can be accepted

Bed Linen

1. There is a £25.00 fee for bed linen this covers the cost of laundry

2. Must be requested at time of booking.

Payment Plan Terms

1. Payment plans must be agreed in writing before confirmation.

2. All instalments must be paid on agreed dates.

3. All payments made under a payment plan are non-refundable in line with cancellation terms.

4. Failure to make a scheduled payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

5. All payments must be completed no later than 28 days before arrival unless otherwise agreed.

6. Missed payments may result in loss of deposit and dates being released.

7. JLHP Caravan Hire reserves the right to cancel payment plans if terms are not followed.

Example Payment Schedule (if applicable)

1. Deposit: £50 to secure booking.

2. Remaining balance split into agreed instalments.

3. Final balance due no later than 28 days before arrival.

Security Deposit

1. £100 refundable deposit required.

2. Returned within 14 days after inspection.

3. Deductions may apply for damage, loss or cleaning.

4. All deductions will be itemised.

Cancellations

1. All cancellations must be in writing.

2. Deposit non-refundable unless required by law.

3. 28+ days: no charge.

4. 7 days: 25%.

5. Less than 7 days: 50%.

6. 48 hrs: 75%.

7. 24 hrs: 100%.

8. Charges reflect genuine loss and may reduce if rebooked.

Guest Information (Haven Requirement)

1 Lead booker: name, age, phone number and email.

2 All adults: names, ages and contact numbers.

3 Required for emergency contact and park access.

4 Failure to provide may result in refusal of entry.

Arrival & Departure

1 Check-in from 3pm.

2 Check-out by 11am.

3 Key details sent at 2pm on arrival day.

House Rules

1 No pets.

2 No smoking or vaping.

3 Families and couples only.

4 No parties or anti-social behaviour.

1. 3–4 Nights Off Peak: Adult £34 | Child £18 | 2 Bed Cap £142 | 3 Bed Cap £177

2. 3–4 Nights Peak: Adult £57 | Child £27 | 2 Bed Cap £201 | 3 Bed Cap £262

3. 7 Nights Off Peak: Adult £59 | Child £30 | 2 Bed Cap £221 | 3 Bed Cap £287

4. 7 Nights Peak: Adult £94 | Child £50 | 2 Bed Cap £322 | 3 Bed Cap £437

5. Passes can be purchased from reception and may change.

Blue Light Discount

1. Proof must be seen of blue light card. This must be valid and indate

2. 10% will be deducted from the price of your stay.

3. Does not give discount on fees or damage deposit

Liability

1 We are not responsible for personal belongings or accidents.

2 Nothing excludes liability where prohibited under UK law.

Agreement

1 By paying your deposit you agree to these terms.
