This has the Wow factor from first opening the door, It is an open plan lounge with patio doors to the front, log effect electric fire, 50″ Smart Tv, Blue tooth complimentary unlimited wi-fi. There is a Two free standing  sofa’s  a 2 seater and a large 3 seater which pulls out to make a small double bed to sleep 2 extra guests “making it 8 berth.” It has free standing table and chairs and 2 additional stools under the coffee table, lots of plugs with phone charging socket.
