Booking Terms & Conditions

When you accept the booking, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

Please read these conditions carefully, along with any other information relevant to your booking, before booking with us.

Failure to comply with any of the booking conditions may result in you and your guests being removed from the Holiday Home immediately if, in our sole discretion, we feel the conditions have been infringed. No funds will be given in these circumstances.

Your Booking

You as the person in charge of the party (party leader) must be at least 18 years old at the time of the booking. By making the booking, you confirm that you are authorised to make the booking and that all other members of the party agree that the booking will be governed by these conditions.

Your contract with us will begin when we issue written confirmation of the booking by email.

We have the right to refuse any booking. If we do this, we will tell you in writing and promptly refund any money that you have paid to us.

Improvements, maintenance and refurbishment to the park facilities, including its grounds are carried out throughout the year. We will always do our best to ensure guests are not inconvenienced. However, there will be no compensation given by us, if any of the park facilities are not available due to the actions of Haven Holidays (Bourne Leisure).

Liability: Personal belongings are the responsibility of each member of the party. We will accept no liability for any accident, loss or damage to your property, unless such loss is demonstrable due to our negligence. We cannot be held responsible for the failure of public services (e.g. water, gas or electricity) or any disturbance which is beyond our control. In all cases, except personal injury or death, our liability to you for the total of all claims arising out of your holiday with us is limited to the cost of the booking.

Parking

Cars are parked at the owner’s risk; please park within the parking bays, and do not park on the grass areas.

Check in / Check out

Check in time is 3pm. Please check out at 10am. The code to the key box and it’s location will be sent to you 24 hours prior to arrival.

Breakages and damage

We accept and understand that accidents do happen, which can result in breakages or damage to the property, however, we do ask that you report any such accident or missing items to us as soon as possible.  Any breakage or damage in or to the property, or the cost of replacing missing items may be taken from your security deposit.

Please also ensure that any spillages on the carpets or furniture are reported to us immediately so that we can make preparations to avoid disruption to following guests. In extreme cases, make up, nail polish and fake tan can damage the furniture and soft furnishings, especially linen. If this is found, you will be charged to replace or clean these items.

Every effort is made to maintain the holiday homes at their peak condition; on occasion’s accidental damage may occur and cancellation may arise. In these circumstances we would make every effort to try and place you in an alternative accommodation.

 Rubbish

Please ensure than your rubbish is disposed of when you leave. Bins for normal rubbish and recycling are located in various spots around the Park.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the caravan, this includes e-cigarettes / vaping. If we find that the accommodation has been smoked in, additional cleaning costs will be charged for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Towels

Please do not use remove the towels from the caravan or use them on your dogs.

Dogs – Small Dog Friendly Caravan

We understand that our guests may want to bring their dogs on holiday with them and as such they are more than welcome to accept small dogs in our caravan. We do ask that they are kept off the beds and furniture please.

At the time of booking we do request the number of dogs and breeds. We may refuse the booking if we feel that the caravan is unsuitable for the size and number of dogs. Please also note that the following dogs are not allowed on site and therefore are unable to stay at the caravan; Pit Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro , XL Bully and Japanese Torsa.

Dogs must be kept on leads at all time in the park and are not allowed in the Haven facilities. Dogs are allowed on the beach all year round with no restrictions. Please clean up after your dog, there are bins all around the park especially for this.

Haven FunWorks Passes

FunWorks passes are not included in the price of your holiday. These can be purchased from the Holidays Park Reception, on your arrival or prior to your visit. We highly recommend that you check the prices with the Park before your arrival

Hire Equipment

If you require additional items such as High Chairs, Bed Guards, Travel Cots, Dog beds /crates or anything else, please let us know so we can check availability for you. You will be responsible for the hire goods and all items would need to be left in the holiday home in the condition you found it.

Electrical Car Charging

There are now Electric Charge points for electric Vechiles up in reception car park , No Vechile can be charged using the Caravan as a charge point this is not allowed as part of your hire agreement and also as part of the Haven Park H&S rules and one found to be charging from the caravan will loose their Deposit security Bond or part thier off

Customer satisfaction

We are committed to providing you with an enjoyable stay. A welcome folder is located in the caravan and we hope that you find it useful. You will also find our contact details should you need to speak to us and a short satisfaction survey. We really do value your feedback as your comments and suggestions provide valuable information on how we can further improve our service.

We work really hard to ensure that you enjoy your stay with us, however if you are dissatisfied with your accommodation then please do contact us straight away so that we can endeavour to rectify this for you.
