Lakeside Retreat 1 is a beautiful luxury caravan is in prime location, it has 3 bedrooms (8 berth), this leads on to the veranda which has a sunken hot tub, spot lights, steps leading down to a huge private fishing peg and free fishing, this is situated on the main fishing lake (Island lake), this property is central to the main complex with only a 5–7 minute walk approximately. Lakeside Retreat (1) is next door to Lakeside Retreat (2).
This stunning Luxury home comes complete with free WIFI and a Games Console.
Lakeside retreat 1 has 3 Bedrooms, the master bedroom having a double ensuite bedroom, the further two bedrooms both have slightly smaller side single beds each bedroom can sleep 2 guests. There is the ability to accommodate another 2 guests in the lounge area as this can turn in to a bed if needed, however this needs to be agreed prior to booking by emailing rachel@summersplots.co.uk
A supplement of £25 per person is payable.
The interior is a very spacious and modern with plenty of light and very comfortable and home from home.
The Caravan has is south facing prime location with outstanding views, the decking area has a sunken hot tub with spotlights and fairy lights for evening time, steps down to a huge private fishing peg and free fishing, there is a brick BBQ off the veranda for your use, outside dining furniture with 6 chairs.
