About the Property
Our holiday home has the most beautiful sea views, sit on the large decked area and enjoy outdoor dining after a day at the award winning Rockley Park. The holiday home gets the sun from morning till sunset due to the prime location.
Quiet and unique end of cul-de-sac location for max privacy (no-one walking past) also providing extra parking.
Our holiday home offers our guests a home from home feeling with everything you’ll need to enjoy a stress free stay, fully fitted kitchen and appliances including a 5 ring gas hob, double oven and grill, built in microwave, full size dishwasher and washing machine. kitchen utensils and crockery is supplied.
If you fancy outdoor cooking we provide a large coal BBQ and dining area with parasol.
The holiday home has a generous hallway and space to hang coats and take sandy shoes off, then you enter into the large open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area. French doors open out to provide a beautiful sea view from the dining area and lounge. There is a entertainment system wall mounted which provides surround sound for the T.V and Bluetooth music.
The master bedroom has a King size bed with luxury mattress, plenty of storage and wardrobe space. Adjacent to this is an En-Suite, with a shower cubicle.
The second bedroom has twin beds, and plenty of wardrobe space. All bedroom linen can be hired.
We have double glazing and gas central heating, parking for two cars, only a short walk to on site amenities and less than a minute to the beach.
We welcome you with a box of necessities on arrival such as tea, coffee, sugar and milk.
Check in after 1400 and checkout before 1000.
Duvets and pillows are provided, but guests will need to bring their own bed linen, towels and tea towels. Alternatively, you can hire linen a the time of booking. Prices are:

The park has plenty to choose from for food with a pool side bar and restaurant, fish and chip shop, pizza delivery and a beach café.
Park passes are not included in our price, however these are available to purchase from Haven on arrival.

Booking Terms & Conditions
We require a £200 non-refundable deposit to secure the booking and the balance to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. If arrival is under 60 days on booking, then the total amount will be payable to secure the reservation. Once paid, payment will not be refunded if cancelled or no show. Please ensure you take out holiday insurance to cover you in case you need to cancel for any reason.
The price quoted is for self-catering caravan hire only. Play passes for Haven’s facilities, entertainment and activities are not included in the price and must be purchased from Haven if required. The facilities, entertainment and activities are supplied solely at the discretion of Haven. We have no control over what is offered or available. During the winter months Haven’s facilities, entertainment and activities are closed.
Strictly no smoking in the caravan or on the veranda. Please go outside the caravan to smoke. No stiletto heels to protect our floors from damage. We are a pet-free holiday home.
