About the Property

Anchors Rest at Harbour View Rockley Park, in Poole. Privately owned 4-year-old luxury caravan with large decking and outside seating overlooking sea views available for first year of renting.  Much looked after caravan. Patio doors open from the lounge onto the decking.  The lounge has a comfortable corner sofa which converts into a double sofa bed if required.  The kitchen area is fully equipped with lots of cupboards and a dining table and 4 chairs.  There is a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave and oven.  There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath which is part of the ensuite bathroom.  There are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and ensuite with plenty of wardrobe space and cupboards, and the other bedroom has two single beds again with a wardrobe and cupboard.  All the bedding has allergy free covers and you will need to let me know if you would like the beds made up with duvet and pillow covers which I can arrange with my cleaner at an additional cost.  There is strictly no smoking or vaping on the premises, as well as no animals please because of owner’s allergies.  Rockley Park has so many activities available to book from archery, swimming to crazy golf, something for every age.  The clubhouse has nightly entertainment and there are places to eat on site.  Entertainment passes can be purchased direct with the office.  Rockley park is situated on the beach and is very close to Sandbanks beach.  Please message me if you require further information.
