Stayed in this beautiful caravan for Easter it was spotless the best caravan I’ve ever stayed in we had a lovely time Linda the owner is such a lovely person inside and out thankyou Linda for letting us stay we loved it xxx💖💖

1 NO MONIES WILL BE REFUNDABLE ( EXCEPT BOND)

2 IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION THE SECURITY BOND WILL BE RETUNED WITH IN 14 DAYS

3 THE OWNER RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL OCCUPANCY WITHOUT NOTICE

4 THE CARAVAN SHOULD NOT SLEEP MORE THEN 6 PEOPLE AT ANY ONE TIME

5 THE CARAVAN IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR RENT FOR FAMILIES AND RESPONSIBLE ADULTS

6 THE HIRER MUST BE OVER 25 YEARS OF AGE

7 THE OWNER OR THERE REPRESENTATIVE SHALL BE ALLOWED TO ACCESS THE (CARAVAN) IF NEEDED

8 THE CARAVAN OWNER WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY OR DEATH OR ILLNESS OR LOSS OF PROPERTY OR DAMAGE SUFFERED BY THE HIRER OR MEMBER OF THIER PARTY OR ANY OTHER PARTYS

9 ANY DAMAGE OR MISSING/ BROKEN ITEMS MUST BE PAYED FOR IN FULL

10 MAXIMUM OF 2 CARS/ PLEASE NOTE NO ELECTRIC CAR IS TO BE CHARGED FROM MY CARAVAN I73 UNLESS PAID FOR PLEASE ADVISE WHEN BOOKING IF YOU WILL BE CHARGING YOUR CAR YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE IF YOU ARE FOUND TO BE BREAKING ANY OF THE CONDITIONS

11 IF THE CARAVAN IS NOT FOUND EXACTLY HAS YOU FIND IT CLEAN AND TIDY AND NO DAMAGE NO BREAKAGES ECT YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR £100 BOND

12 BY BOOKING THIS HOLIDAY YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL THE ABOVE. IF YOU ARE FOUND TO BE BREAKING ANY OF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE STRAIGHT AWAY WITH NO REFUND
