We are situated on a quiet no through road, so no passing traffic other than residents on the road. Parking for up to 2 cars. We have a private key safe, so no lengthy queues at reception. 

Main bedroom- En-suite bathroom, full size bath, overhead shower, sink and toilet. Large bedroom with king size bed with overhead cupboards with lights, wardrobe, drawers and a lit up mirrored vanity unit with drawers, and a 22” TV & DVD player and there’s also a hairdryer and room for a travel cot.

Twin bedroom- 2 single beds with overhead cupboards with lights, full size wardrobe, vanity mirrored unit.
All mattresses in bedrooms are new for 2022 and have anti-allergy mattress protectors and all duvets and pillows also have anti-allergy protectors on them.

Main bathroom – sliding door double shower, toilet, and sink.

Kitchen – Lovely large modern kitchen, dining table with 4 chairs, full size fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, 4 slice toaster, gas cooker/grill/hob, and everything you will need and much more.

Lounge – Spacious than most, with a large comfortable corner sofa unit, with pull out double sofa bed, coffee table with pull out foot stools, games drawer, DVD/CD drawer with variety of DVDS/CD’S and a 42” TV with built in DVD/CD player, USB ports, electric fire.

Sliding patio doors opening onto a lovely south facing full wrap decking where we get the sun all day, with 9 piece cushioned rattan dining furniture, you can just sit and relax overlooking the beautiful direct sea views whilst enjoying some alfresco dining watching the boats sail by, and the beautiful sunsets go down over Poole Harbour.
