Situated on the prestigious Harbour View with the sun shining on the south facing full wrap decking all day long and beautiful direct sea views with the added bonus of a secluded garden. We are situated on a quiet no through road, so no passing traffic other than residents on the road. Parking for up to 2 cars. We have a private key safe, so no lengthy queues at reception.

Main bedroom- En-suite bathroom, full size bath with shower, sink and toilet. Large bedroom with king size bed with cupboards with overhead lights, wardrobe, drawers and a lit up mirrored vanity unit with drawers, and a 22” TV & built in DVD player and there’s also a hairdryer and lots of room for a travel cot.

Twin bedroom- 2 single beds with overhead cupboards with overhead lights, large full size double wardrobe, vanity mirrored unit with drawers.
All mattresses in bedrooms are new for 2022 and have anti-allergy mattress protectors. All duvets and pillows have anti-allergy protectors on them.

Main bathroom – sliding door double shower, toilet, and sink.

Kitchen – Lovely large modern kitchen, dining table with 4 chairs, integrated full size fridge freezer, integrated dishwasher, integrated washing machine, microwave, 4 slice toaster, gas cooker/grill/hob, and everything you will need and much more.

Lounge – Spacious, with a large comfortable corner sofa unit, with pull out double sofa bed, coffee table with pull out foot stools, games drawer, DVD/CD drawer with variety of DVDS/CD’S and a 43” Smart  TV, Netflix etc USB ports, electric fire. Electric switch for Bluetooth ceiling speakers.

Sliding patio doors opening onto a lovely south facing full wrap decking where we get the sun all day, with 9 piece cushioned rattan dining furniture, you can just sit and relax overlooking the beautiful direct sea views whilst enjoying some alfresco dining watching the boats sail by, and experience the most amazing sunsets going down over Poole Harbour.
