About the Property
A high-quality luxury large caravan, Honeysuckle, occupies an elevated sunny plot on Pine Ridge with magnificent panoramic views over Poole Harbour. The caravan is large, modern and furnished to a very high standard. It is double glazed, central heated and has a front and side veranda where you can relax and enjoy the view. From the door, it is a short walk to all amenities and downhill to the lovely sandy beach with café and water sports (charges apply on-site). Parking for one car.
The kitchen has all the equipment you require for your holiday; a cooker with a grill, full-size dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and cupboards together with a full range of cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils. The lounge/diner is modern and light with free standing furniture.
There is a flat-screen TV/DVD, electric wood burner fire, dining table and four chairs. The patio doors lead to the enclosed veranda with tables and garden chairs. The veranda is large and offers the perfect place to relax, stretch out and gaze across the water.
The master bedroom ensuite has a king-size bed and a fitted wardrobe which provides ample space for your clothing. In the second bedroom, there are two single beds and a wardrobe.
Honeysuckle is not dog friendly. Please choose another of our lovely holiday homes if you wish to bring your dog.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included in the price of Honeysuckle.
Play passes which give access to Haven activities and facilities are not included in our prices which are for the caravan hire only. During the winter months Haven’s facilities, entertainment and activities are not available.

Booking Terms & Conditions
We require a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure the booking and the balance to be paid 60 prior to arrival. If arrival is under 60 days on booking, then the total amount will be payable to secure the reservation. Once paid, payment will not be refunded if cancelled or no show. Please ensure you take out holiday insurance to cover you in case you need to cancel for any reason.
Haven’s rules are that dogs must not be left alone in the caravan at any time. Security will remove dogs left alone in caravans. Dogs must be kept on a lead whilst in the park and please pick up after your dog. Breeds on the dangerous dog register are not permitted in the park.
Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are supplied. Beds will be made up for arrival.
The price quoted is for self-catering caravan hire only. Play passes for Haven’s facilities, entertainment and activities are not included in the price and must be purchased from Haven if required. The facilities, entertainment and activities are supplied solely at the discretion of Haven. We have no control over what is offered or available. During the winter months Haven’s facilities, entertainment and activities are closed.
Strictly no smoking in the caravan or on the veranda. Please go outside the caravan to smoke. No stiletto heels to protect our floors from damage.
Honeysuckle is a pet-free caravan. We have 12 caravans so please consider one of our other lovely dog-friendly caravans if you wish to bring your dog.
