About the Property
Lotus, occupies an elevated sunny plot on the second row of Bay Hollow, with magnificent views over Poole Harbour. The caravan is elegant, luxurious and furnished to a high standard. It is double glazed, central heated and has a front veranda. Ideally suited for two to four occupants and well-behaved dogs are welcome. From the door, it is a short walk to all amenities and downhill to the lovely sandy beach with café and water sports (charges apply on-site). Parking for one car.
The kitchen has all the equipment you require for your holiday; a cooker with a grill, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and cupboards together with a full range of cutlery, crockery and kitchen utensils. The lounge/diner is modern and light with free standing furniture. The perfect place to stretch out and look across the water. There is a flat-screen TV/DVD, electric fire, dining table and four chairs. The patio doors lead to the enclosed sun terrace with table and garden chairs.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a fitted wardrobe which provides enough space for your clothing. In the second bedroom, there are two single beds and a wardrobe.
Lotus is dog friendly. There will be no extra charge for your dog, providing no damage is done and no extra cleaning is required. Please let us know when booking if you would like to bring your dog as conditions apply.
Duvets and pillows are provided. However, you will need to bring bed linen, towels and tea towels.
Play passes which give access to Haven activities and facilities are not included in our prices which are for the caravan hire only. During the winter months Haven’s facilities, entertainment and activities are not available.

Booking Terms & Conditions
We require a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure the booking and the balance to be paid 60 prior to arrival. If arrival is under 60 days on booking, then the total amount will be payable to secure the reservation. Once paid, payment will not be refunded if cancelled or no show. Please ensure you take out holiday insurance to cover you in case you need to cancel for any reason.
Havens rules are that dogs must not be left alone in the caravan at any time. Security will remove dogs left alone in caravans. Dogs must be kept on a lead whilst in the park and please pick up after your dog. No dogs on the dangerous dog’s register are permitted in the park.
Duvets and pillows are supplied but please bring your own bed linen, towels, and tea towels.
The price quoted is for self-catering caravan hire only. Play passes for Haven’s facilities, entertainment and activities are not included in the price and must be purchased from Haven if required. The facilities, entertainment and activities are supplied solely at the discretion of Haven. We have no control over what is offered or available. During the winter months Haven’s facilities, entertainment and activities are closed.
Strictly no smoking in the caravan or on the veranda. Please go outside the caravan to smoke. No stiletto heels to protect our floors from damage.
