Welcome to Lawrence Holiday Let

Our beautiful modern holiday home is situated at Seaview Holiday Park between the delightful seaside towns of Whitstable and Herne bay.

Our holiday home sleeps 6 people in total. We have a master bedroom with an en-suite and we have baby facilities available if needed. We have a twin bedroom, a shower room with a double shower. We also have a fold out sofa bed in the lounge. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to cater for you and your family. There is a cozy lounge area where you can sit back with your feet up and relax.

Outside, we have a lovely decked area with a table and chairs complete with a well maintained hot tub which can be used day or night. This is cleaned out with new water and chlorine with every check out of our guests. We have an outside dining suite also so you can enjoy the weather with a nice BBQ.
PLEASE NOTE! THE HOT TUB IS ONLY AVAILABLE FROM THE BEGINNING OF APRIL TO THE END OF OCTOBER AND IS AVAILABLE AT AN ADDED COST OF £50 PER WEEK!

Our holiday home is situated right next to the car park so it’s convenient when unloading and loading your vehicle.

It is only a short walk to the clubhouse, shop and the beach. (Approximately 100m to each)

This is strictly a NON smoking caravan but smoking is allowed outside as long as the cigarette butts are disposed of correctly in the pot provided. NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED IN THE HOT TUB!

Pets are negotiable at our holiday home as long as they are fully trained. They must NOT climb the upholstery. Your pets bed/cage must be brought with you. Please note that if your pet does soil inside the caravan, this could risk the loss of part or all of your damage deposit.  We accept only 1 large dog at one time or 2 small/medium dogs.

The holiday park has many amenities, we have a shop, an outdoor heated pool, cycle karts for hire, adventure mini golf, arcades, table tennis, pool tables, large bar and clubhouse with daily entertainment, launderette, BT sport and sky sports, and the characters of Loopy and Friends.

Seaview holiday park is close to Whitstable and Herne Bay town and a short drive into the fantastic Canterbury City.

We do have available in our caravan, a folder of local restaurants, takeaways, bars and clubs, and other attractions and ‘What’s going on around’ if you wish to venture out. If you wish to stay in a cosy up then there is plenty of comfort to go around. If the weather isn’t to great then there is many fun board games and dvd’s to choose from.

We do have use of a washing machine and dryer available! (for an additional £20)
