Parkside 47 has all the luxuries of home, and is just a few minutes walk from all the Butlins action. It has one double and two twin rooms, and a pull-out double sofa-bed for larger groups. With a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable lounge, we think Parkside 47 will be your family holiday happy place.
The caravan has complimentary wifi, gas central heating and Double glazing, Large screen TV in the lounge, and also a TV in each bedroom. Shower room with WC, and separate WC.
Situated on the quiet Parkside area of the park, there is a furnished decked area, and a separate patio area with table and benches to enjoy a meal or drink on those warm summer evenings.

We stayed in parkside 47 last week, the caravan was spotlessly clean and really well equipped , it had everything you would need for a self catering holiday , and the welcome pack was a really nice surprise when we arrived . The caravan is in a really nice area of the caravan site and not too far to walk to the main complex. I would highly recommend this caravan if you want a week at Butlins ,but also want accommodation away from the crowds with some piece and quiet.
The caravan was absolutely beautiful, very homely and so well equipped. As a family we have stayed in a lot of different caravans and I will say Mark and Diane’s is without question the best one! The correspondence between myself and Mark was always quick and friendly. We cannot wait to book again!! Thank you for making our first trip to Butlins a comfy one.
