About the Property
Welcome to Morwenna our brand new 8 berth 2022 caravan set in Ruan Minor Helston, Cornwall.
Set on a family friendly smaller park (Park Dean, Lizard Point) with both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, there is plenty to keep the family busy. There is also a launderette, well equipped on site shop, restaurant and family entertainment in the show bar area. So much for kids to do on site with arcade, outdoor high ropes, bungee, adventure bugz, crazy golf, interactive wall, family cart hire, arts and crafts workshops and much much more! Passes can be purchased from reception on arrival and are NOT included.
There is horse riding, fishing and golf nearby and countless beaches and coves to explore. Flambards Theme park and National Seal Sanctuary are just a 15 min car ride away, which the kids will love. Seaside towns and villages with quaint gift shops, pubs and restaurants are also all within a 10 min car ride away.
Coastal paths, walks abundant as situated in an area of outstanding beauty.
The caravan is very stylish & modern, pleasantly decorated, light and airy with 2 comfy sofas – patio doors lead onto large verandah. There is also decking to the side of the caravan with outdoor dining furniture.
Inside there are 3 bedrooms and family bathroom with the added bonus of an extra toilet also. There is an extra sleeping area in the lounge (sofa converts to pull out bed). TV with dvd player.
Fully central heated, double glazed, well equipped kitchen with full sized 50/50 family fridge freezer, full size gas cooker, toaster, microwave, vacuum cleaner, cooking pots and pans, coffee maker, iron & ironing board, first aid kit. Range of games, books and dvd’s to use. All bedding, gas, electricity, towels and tea towels included in hire price.
Welcome tray of tea, coffee and milk.
Property available for 7 night breaks Sat to Sat. Shorter breaks may be possible please ask.
Standard access to caravan from 3pm via key safe. Earlier check in may be possible.
Property to be vacated by 11am please .
Strictly no smoking or vaping
No pets of any kind.
No hen or stag parties.
Can cater for birthday or celebration decorations by prior arrangement. Any other requests please ask and I will do my absolute best to accommodate.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Bookings require a min 50% deposit at time of booking with the rest payable 6 weeks before arrival date. If this payment is late then the holiday may be cancelled and there will be no refund. If less than 6 weeks to arrival then the booking MUST be paid in full.
In the event of you needing to cancel, we will endeavour to move dates to your choice of alternative date. Cancellations made within 48 hours receive 100% refund. Refund of 50% with up to 8 weeks before travel. Refund of 25% thereafter, with cancellations 4 weeks to travel, no refund unless your week can be re-booked by us at same price you paid.
House rules of No Smoking , Vaping or Pets of any kind.
Maximum capacity 8 persons. No single sex groups, stags or hens.
£100 damages deposit to be paid before arrival. Full refund issued as soon as property deemed satisfactory on day of your departure.
Any damage, to property, contents , key losses or if booking terms have been abused will result in loss of some or all of deposit. Theft will be reported to the police.
Check in is by Key Safe from 3pm
Check out please by 11am on departure day
Earlier check in may be possible with prior arrangement but is not guaranteed
This holiday is rented from me solely and not from Park Dean Holidays. Park Dean however reserve the right to refuse entry to their complex at any time if deemed necessary or if any person is in contraindication of the park rules. This holiday DOES NOT include guest passes to the swimming pool or entertainments complex. Passes can be purchased from reception on arrival.
