7 NIGHTS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY, We expect these options to book quickly,

We are pleased to offer our new 3 Bedroom 8 Berth 36×12, Year 2019 Caravan to let.
The caravan has Central Heating throughout, as well as being Double Glazed.
There is an enclosed Decking area complete with a Patio Set which includes Sofa, 2 Armchairs & a Table.
We also provide a BBQ.
We can allow a dog in this caravan, however dogs cannot be left alone in the caravan at any time-park owners regulations.
Beds are made up ready for you and we provide a selection of towels to use within the caravan, just bring larger towels for use at the pool or beach etc.
We meet and greet at the caravan and we send out printed booking confirmation letters along with park plans etc.
Check in time is 2pm and vacate time is a generous 12 noon.
We are able to let all year round, even when the on site facilities have closed.

Modern fully fitted kitchen with the following appliances,
FRIDGE FREEZER, MICROWAVE OVEN, FULL SIZE GAS COOKER with oven, grill & 4 ring hob
Cooker Hood, Combi Boiler, Kettle, Toaster.
We also provide an iron & ironing board.

Booking Terms & Conditions
We offer flexible Lets from 3 Nights plus, during School Holidays we let for 6 or 7 Nights, at other times we can be flexible.
Beds are made up ready for you
We meet you on arrival
We Can accommodate a Dog, however Dogs cannot be left alone in the caravan at any time -strict park rules
please advise us about your Dog when booking, we may be able to allow 2 small Dogs
We take a £50 Returnable Bond on all bookings
We just require a £50 Deposit to secure your booking, you can then if you wish pay for the balance by instalments as and when to suit you, the full balance is due 4 Weeks before the start date of your booking.
The lead main person booking needs to be age 21 or over
We let to Families, Couples and Single persons.
We can offer lets throughout the Year, even when the on site facilities are closed.
We offer a returning Custom Discount to those who re book with us
We also offer a Discount for 2 Weeks booked-either together or separate Weeks
We have 3 caravans available to let.
