This lovely, updated and spacious holiday home on the popular 5-star Rockley Park in the beautiful area of Poole Harbour, in Dorset, fit to sleep up to 4/6 people with use of sofa bed. This holiday home has a spacious wrap around veranda and is ideally located close to complex with out the complex noise and low noise from other holiday makers due to being a quiet, peaceful culdy sac. Parking available at the van as well as more parking near by on the road or by complex, if needed.

The double bedroom is spacious, with a 22inch tv with HDMI. The bedroom has an en-suite with an enclosed shower cubicle with sink and toilet. Twin bedroom has decent size mattresses that can be pushed together to make a double bed where necessary. Family bathroom has a bath! Perfect for the little ones!

The lounge is equipped with 2 sofas (2-seater and 3-seater) and a footstool/poof. Sliding patio doors to the side of the caravan lead out to a spacious wrap-around veranda with an outside table and chairs (and a sunbed) and views across to the Purbeck Hills. There is a 32-inch tv in the lounge with HDMI DVD player plus extra HDMI connections available. The dining room has a dining table and chairs for up to 4 people.

The entire holiday home is double glazed with gas-fired central heating (new boiler installed 12/21) which is thermostatically controlled with additional heating supplied by electric coal-effect fire in the lounge.

This holiday home also has its own (unlimited) wi-fi, and Amazon Alexa which can also be used as a Bluetooth speaker. Directly outside there is parking space for two cars (parked one behind the other), however, more parking is available nearby on the road or by complex, if needed.
