About the Property

We have a 3-bedroom caravan situated on the newest part of the site. It sleeps up to 6.
The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, mirror, bedside tables storage overhead, smart t.v and radiator. There are 2 twin rooms with single beds, both have a wardrobe, overhead cupboards, mirror and radiator.

Bed linen is provided and beds are made up on arrival.

The main bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. There is also a separate toilet and sink.

The kitchen has oven, hob, grill, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, saucepans, baking trays, plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery. T-towel, dishcloth, washing up liquid. Plenty of cupboard space. Tea, coffee and sugar is provided.

The lounge has a dining area with plenty of seating. 32” smart t.v. L shape sofa. Coffee table. Wi-Fi. Gas fire.

It has central heating throughout to keep you nice and cosy

Cleaning products will be available. There is also a hoover, dustpan and brush, broom and mop and bucket.

Outside has wrap around decking with rattan patio furniture.

Sorry NO dogs allowed due to allergies

No smoking or vaping inside the caravan

Booking Terms & Conditions

£100 security deposit/bond is required on booking to secure your dates. This will be refunded within 48 hours after departure when the caravan has been checked for any damage or missing items.
Please let us know as soon as possible of any broken items.
Balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday. If your stay is less than 6 weeks after the booking date, full payment is due on booking.

Payments are made by Bank Transfer.

CANCELLATION

If you cancel your booking for any reason, your deposit will not be refunded.

GUEST PASSES

Guest passes are extra, these are required to use the bars, restaurants, swimming pools, kids playground.
The cost of the passes are determined by Away Resorts. We can not guarantee you access to the venue even with a pass. You can prebook activities 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Activity spaces are updated daily. Some activities do have an extra charge.

Pass prices for 6 berth:-

Off Peak

2-6 nights – £80
7-10 nights – £100

Peak Times (school holidays)

2-6 nights – £100

7-10 nights – £130

Bank Holidays and Park events

2-6 nights – £140

Check in is from 3pm. Check out is by 10am, so the caravan can be cleaned for the next guest.
They key will be in a safe box and the code sent to you by 3pm on arrival day
