Booking Terms & Conditions

Bookings for Mon-Fri (4 nights), Fri-Mon (3 nights) Fri-Sun (2 nights) or 7 nights from a Mon or Friday. We may be able to vary on this for last minute bookings.

When booking a deposit of £75 is required within 48 hours to secure the booking.

The balance must be paid 4 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. If booking is made within 4 weeks of the start payment is required in full.

Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in your holiday being cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

This site is a family site and not suitable for stag/hen parties.

Check in is from 3pm and will be contactless – keys in lockbox. Check out is 11am. Later check out may be available for a fee – please enquire.

Hirer responsibilities

The holiday home is thoroughly cleaned between visits, however we ask you please leave the home and its contents in a clean/tidy condition.

Please ensure all guests take reasonable care in the van as damages may be chargeable. We provide linen, towels etc – please ensure this are kept in the home.

Small well behaved dogs may be allowed for a small fee, please ensure site rules are followed – dogs on leads at all times and cleaned up after.

Smoking in the home prohibited.
