I have 2 beautiful 6 berth holiday homes, situated on Walsh’s Holiday Park in Skegness, Lincolnshire.
WAVERLY & WILLOW holiday homes have everything your need for a comfortable, relaxing holiday near the sea, situated on very private and quiet plots.
Both have 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin)
Double pull out sofa bed in the lounge
Separate toilet and shower
Dogs welcome at no extra charge
Dog bowls and poo bags provided but please bring dogs own beds/blankets
Double glazing
Gas Central heating / electric heating
Side veranda to door with lockable gates
Outside seating and barbecue
Fully equipped kitchen
Fridge with freezer compartment
32″ TV/DVD combi/42″ TV with separate DVD player and soundbar (a selection of family films)

Gas fire/ electric panel heaters and extra plinth heaters in bedrooms.
No smoking or vaping inside the caravan please.
Parking for one car at the end/ side of caravan and extra vehicles must be left on designated parking areas.
I am still following covid-19 rules and the caravans will get a deep clean and all touch points sanitised between guests
On site Amusement arcades are open every day during peak periods.
Onsite laundrette
5 minutes walking time to the beach.
Nearby supermarket, post office, pubs, restaurants and fish & chip shops.

Check in time 3pm and check out time 10am
To book – deposit required £50 per break which is non refundable. £50 is included in the price of your break and gets refunded back to you within 24hrs after inspection on the caravan on departure day.
Holiday is not confirmed until I receive the deposit. Please pay balance 4 weeks before your holiday date and Please use bank transfer or cheques.

‼️NEW TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR 2024‼️
Check in time 3pm and check out time strictly 10am…please inform me if your arrival will be after 5pm, as you will then need to get the caravan key from out of the key safe box which is attached to the veranda (code will be given on the morning of your arrival date)
*Early arrivals and late departures are sometimes possible, please ask*
To book – deposit required £50 per break which is non refundable. A £50 damage bond is included in the price of your break and gets refunded back to you within 24hrs after inspection on the caravan on departure day…if £50 does not cover any damages caused then court proceedings will be carried out.
Holiday breaks are not confirmed until I have receive the deposit. Please pay balance 4 weeks before your arrival date…NO provisional bookings will be taken…
Cancellations – you will get a full refund (minus the deposit) ONLY if cancelled 3 weeks before your arrival date, after that only the damage bond will be refundable unless I can rebook that break or a proven valid reason (e.g death or illness) can be given…my discretion will be taken into account.
Please note: strictly couples and family bookings only!
No young groups of under 25’s are allowed.
No Hen or Stag parties allowed.
I do not provide any passes.
WiFi is available onsite, please ask in reception for information.
The caravans are photographed on the morning of your arrival to clear up any disrupt if any damage happens.
You are expected to leave the caravan as you found it.
Both caravans accommodate up to 6 people staying overnight, accordance to my insurance..on failure to abide by this rule, you will be asked to leave.
You must be quiet after 11pm.
Dogs are not to be exercised onsite and please pick up after your dogs, black poo bags are provided and can be found in kitchen cardboard.
DOGS ARE NOT TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED IN THE CARAVANS AT ANY TIME.
