Payment Terms
At the time of booking the guest must pay either a deposit or the full balance. The deposit is non-refundable.

Where only a deposit has been paid the guest must pay the balance no later than 42 days before arrival. Failure to do this entitles us to cancel the booking and keep the deposit.
Security Bond
The security bond is automatically refunded to the guest 5 days after the departure date, providing the holiday home is left in the condition it was at start of rental and no mess or damage is left.
