Booking Terms & Conditions

            Conditions and Contract of stay at D&L Caravan Hire

• The caravan key will be given to you by one of our team members or owners on arrival, then collected again by one of us on your departure.
• All deposits, bonds and holidays payments must be paid by bank transfer. The account information will be provided when booking your holiday to which a deposit of £50.00 must be made.
• All check-ins are at or after 3pm, and check-outs before 10am.
• The remainder plus a £60.00 bond payment is to be paid no later than 10 days before your holiday start date.

£50.00 – deposit booking fee

£60.00 – damage and cleaning bond + remaining holiday balance

• Cancelling your holiday will result in losing your deposit unless it is for a medical condition, we will require proof of this and once received, a full refund will be returned.
• At any point if you or your guests become a nuisance or cause damage to the park or the caravan you will be asked to leave. immediately and no money will be refunded.
• Any damage done to the caravan or contents, any smoking in the caravan and if the caravan is not left cleaned upon departure you will lose your bond fee.
• When leaving the caravan after your stay with us please make sure the caravan is clean, tidy, no rubbish is to be left in the caravan.
• Please make sure the gas fire and cooker are turned off when leaving the caravan.
• On the day of your departure the caravan will be inspected and checked over, if everything is as it should be then you will receive your bond deposit back within 4 days of departure via bank transfer.
• No pets
• No smoking
• The caravan has public lability insurance, smoke detectors, fire extinguisher and monoxide detector.
