£50 security deposit returned within 3 days of departure provided the caravan is left in the same condition it was found.

Cancellation Policy
We have a cancellation policy in place and the amount you pay is based on when you cancel your booking
Both deposit and damage deposit must be paid within 2-calendar days of making a booking unless the booking is made within 6-weeks of the holiday commencing. Full payment is due 42-days (6-weeks) prior to the commencement of your holiday. Where a booking is made within 6-weeks of the holiday commencing, then the full amount, plus the £50 damage deposit, is payable at the time the booking is made.
Park Passes are not included in the price and are available for purchase from the site Main Office.

* A refund of up to 75% of the original booking cost can be applied, dependent on the holiday home being fully re-let during the period originally booked.
