About the Property

Our 2 Bedroom caravan located on Warden Springs Caravan Park. Isle of Sheppey. The Park boasts a beautiful countryside location with spectacular sea views. The Caravan sleeps Six, the main bedroom has a kingsize bed with fitted wardrobes, overhead storage and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom sleeps two with two single beds and storage space and wardrobe.

In the living room we have a 55″ Flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player, selection of DVDs, CD player with Radio. Cosy Fire place, 5 Seater Sofa plus 2 Comfy Armchairs. Full Gas Central Heating and Double Glazed throughout.

There is a Dining table & chairs plus fully fitted kitchen, with Cooker, Microwave and all Cooking Utensils are provided. We also have a Fridge/Freezer, Ironing Board and Iron and Vacuum Cleaner.

Family Bathroom has a Walk in Shower and Toilet and Basin.

Tea towels and washing up liquid provided but please Bring your own Towels

A Welcome Pack will be provided on arrival, containing Tea, Coffee, Sugar etc.,

Booking Terms & Conditions

£50 Non Refundable Deposit on booking to hold the dates you want and £100 Damage Deposit that will be fully refunded once Caravan has been inspected after you have checked out.

Check in times 3pm onwards and Check Out Time before 10-30am.

We do not except bookings for single sex parties or groups under 21.

Please do not leave any food or drink in cupboards and fridge/ freezer. Please dispose of all rubbish and plastic bags into refuse bins on site.

Please leave caravan in a clean and tidy condition.

Keys to be collected at the caravan on the day of arrival from 3pm. Keys collected on day of departure by 10-30am.

We would ask that you abide by the rules of the park and not cause any nuisance or unreasonable behaviour anywhere on site or in the caravan. Please NO SMOKING at all inside caravan and please dispose of any cigarette ends outside caravan safely.

Full Balance paid no later than 4 weeks before holiday starts + £100 Damage Deposit.

Please note no Pets are allowed in the Caravan at anytime.
