Located just a short walk from the on-site facilities, our flagship holiday home ‘Skye’s Retreat’ is perfectly situated to enjoy the best that Tattershall Lakes has to offer. Perfect for a family adventure or a tranquil getaway with friends.

Modern kitchen with integrated fridge/freezer, cooker with hob & extractor, microwave, kettle, toaster & all essentials, as well as a comfortable dining area.

Lounge with plush wrap around seating area and pull-out double sofa bed, complete with electric fireplace, free private WiFi and a 43″ Flatscreen Smart TV with Freeview and DVD player.

Master double bedroom with en-suite WC, a large wardrobe space, 40″ Freeview TV and vanity area. Second bedroom with twin beds and a wardrobe. Pillows and linen provided.

Beautifully appointed family bathroom with toilet, sink and walk-in shower. We’ll also provide you with towels so you have one less thing to worry about!

Your own private hot tub to relax & unwind at your leisure. Rest assured, the water is replaced between each guest.

Booking Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions of Booking:


  • £100 per stay non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking unless the holiday is booked within 28 days of the holiday date and therefore the full balance including the damages bond will be required.
  • If the Park is closed due to COVID-19, then we will offer you a change of date or a full refund. Please note if we offer you a change of date and the price of the new date is more then we will require you to pay the difference in price.
  • If the park is open but operating with reduced or limited facilities due to COVID-19 we are unable to offer any refund in regards to this.
  • If your address goes into local lockdown and you are unable to travel on holiday we will offer you a change of date, we are unable to offer any refund in regards to this. Please also note that there may be an admin charge for this depending on whether we can resell the holiday. Please note if we offer you a change of date and the price of the new date is more then we will require you to pay the difference in price.
  • If you are unwell or test positive for COVID-19 before you travel then we will offer you a change of date, we are unable to offer any refund in regards to this.  Please also note that there may be an admin charge for this depending on whether we can resell the holiday. Please note if we offer you a change of date and the price of the new date is more then we will require you to pay the difference in price.
  • Please note, during your stay at the park, you and your party will need to adhere to any government/ Away Resorts guidelines/rules with regards to COVID-19 and social distancing.
  • It is the guests responsibility to adhere to these rules and the park may check during your stay and may ask you to leave site if any of these rules are not being adhered to. In this case we would not be able to offer any refund. Please be aware that these rules/guidance may change at any time.
  • The full balance is payable 28 days before the commencement of the holiday.
  • Late payment may result in the holiday home being re-let and loss of deposit.
  • Breakages bond of £100 will be payable with the holiday (we will take this payment and hold it to be refunded after the holiday ends provided no damage or excessive cleaning is to be paid for). The breakages bond will be refunded to the bank account provided within 7 days of check out.

The accommodation must be left clean and tidy, there will be a £25 surcharge for additional cleaning for the caravan if it is left in an unsatisfactory condition or where smoke can be smelt in the holiday home. Please smoke outside, away from the decking with the door closed- there is no smoking permitted in the caravan.  Any breakages or damage to furniture, fittings, inventory or the accommodation must be reported to us and damage will be assessed and paid for by the person responsible for the booking. Any repairs or services ordered by you from the park will be paid for out of your bond.

The Site
The caravan owner is not responsible for any of the services and facilities provided by the site. The site owners may vary services and facilities at short notice. You should visit the site website for full site details and their complaints procedures if you have any problems with anything they offer or fail to provide. This includes site-wide power loss, closure of entertainment areas etc. You will also be bound by the rules of the site. These can be obtained from their website or from guest services upon arrival. Breeching the site rules may result in eviction from the site and termination of your holiday. The caravan owner is not liable to compensate you in an event of any dispute from the site, unless it has been caused by the action of the caravan owner. Any passes purchased remain the property of the site owners and not the caravan owner. Conditions of the use of the passes may change at any time.

Up to two well behaved dogs are allowed at/in the caravan. Please ensure that you keep dogs off the furniture in the lounge and off the beds. Please do not leave your dog unattended in the caravan, unless you are able to leave in a secure dog crate. Any damage or staining to the furniture or staining of any of the bedding by allowing dogs to climb onto the furniture or the bedding will result in the breakages bond being kept in order to cover a deep clean by a hired cleaning company and/or replacement of bedding. As a result of extreme staining or damage that cannot be repaired or cleaned this will result in the person responsible for the booking being invoiced for cost of replacement furniture etc. Unfortunately certain types of dog are not allowed on Park, in order to maintain the safety and well being of all guests. These include, but are not restricted to, Pitbull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasiliero and Japanese Tosa and other dogs as described on the Dangerous Dogs Act.

Entertainment/facility passes
Your passes are not included in the price of your holiday and will need to be purchased at guest services (£30 off-peak/£40 peak for 3-4 nights, £54 off-peak/£74 peak for 7 nights and these prices are per caravan not per person). Please note that you will need to have these passes to enter and use any of the facilities such as bars, restaurants, outdoor cinema, playground, swimming pools etc. You will also need to pre- book your slots for the swimming pools, restaurants etc. Please also note that special activities such as fishing, crazy golf, aqua park etc. are extra charges when you book. Please note that the facilities at Tattershall Lakes are not open in January up to mid February.

Arrival time is from 4pm and departure will be no later than 12.00pm. Please note that the hot tub will be drained on the morning of departure from 8.30am onwards. Should the accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given.

If, in the opinion of the caravan owner or the Park Manager, any party is guilty of conduct prejudicial to the wellbeing of others, we or the Park Manager may re-take possession of the accommodation immediately, without compensation to the party.

If you need to cancel your holiday, please NOTIFY US IN WRITING via email within 7 days. IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION, THE FOLLOWING CHARGES APPLY:
29 days or more before your holiday = loss of your deposit
28 days or less before your holiday = 100% of payment taken less £100 breakages bond

You will use the caravan entirely at your own risk and the owner accepts no responsibility for any injury sustained to you or anyone in your party or damage to or loss of any of your personal items. Unless this has been caused by direct negligence of the owner. Any issues on the site away from the caravan will need to be addressed directly with the Park.

We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover accidents, losses, cancellations etc. These policies are available quite cheaply from most insurance brokers.

Linen will be provided, bedding for the sofa bed will be in the wardrobe in the double bedroom (if required). 6 Berth caravan with 1x double bed, 2 x single beds and 1 x pull-out double sofa bed in the lounge.

To help us minimise the spread of COVID-19, before you leave, please can you strip the beds and place linen in the bin bag provided under the sink.

Towels will be provided for your stay and to help us minimise the spread of COVID-19, before you leave please place your used towels in the bin bag provided with the linen.

Hot Tub
Due to new health and safety laws, hot tubs now have to be drained and sanitized after every stay, so please bear this in mind that the hot tub may not be up to temperature on arrival. It is more important than ever that you adhere to the Hot Tub Rules

To ensure it remains clean and sparkling there are certain requirements that your party must address:

1. Everyone must observe the Hot Tub rules
2. You must shower before use, to remove all fake tan, make up and body lotions, these wreck hot tub water and it will look like pond water very quickly.
3. Maximum bathing time is 15 minutes. It is not a swimming pool or bath and your skin/health will suffer if you stay in longer.
4. The hot tub must be respected so no drinking/smoking or fooling around whilst in the tub.
5. At the end of your session the hot tub must be filled to the required level to ensure it continues to filter and heat and the chlorine float replaced inside the tub.
6. Allow access on a daily basis for water testing, the operative cannot make a return visit and due to Covid-19 the Chlorine levels must be maintained.
7. Hot Tubs are not designed for children and we recommend that they do not use them but as their parent/guardian that is your decision.
Nobody wants to spoil your stay and as long as you observe these simple guidelines then your tub will remain perfect.

Site facilities
Please note during peak times it’s advisable to book activities via Tattershall Lakes website in advance, i.e. Aqua park, swimming and some children’s activities, restaurants etc. Please ensure you have purchased the facility passes from guest services in order to access any of these.

RAF Coningsby & Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Museum
Please note that the caravan site is next door to RAF Coninsby and therefore the park is under the flight path of the fighter jets as well as the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Museum and therefore the old war planes also fly over the park. The planes fly during the day and different times along with occasional night flying. These planes can be quite loud and the caravan owners cannot be held responsible for any disruption caused by noise from planes.
