About the Property
A lovely modern spacious lounge dining room with a large flat-screen TV Tv with a built-in DVD player. Separate dining area.
Kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker and gas hob, Fridge freezer, Microwave, toaster and all kitchen accessories. Tea towels supplied.
Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed, double wardrobe, en-suite with washbasin and toilet, hairdryer in wardrobe.

All Beds will be made up for your arrival.
Family Shower room with washbasin and toilet. PLEASE BRING TOWELS for your stay.
Outside the caravan has a large decking area with outside furniture (Cushions are in the master bedroom wardrobe). There is a sunken Hot tub where you can relax. Please treat it with care and when taking the lid off and on as these are very expensive to replace. HSE rules mandate that the tub will be drained and cleaned after every guest changeover. Therefore it may NOT be at full temperature by check-in time. It will, however, be ready later the same evening.
Tattershall Lakes Country Park is a beautiful park to visit. Wildlife and lovely walks and also activities to keep everyone happy.
It has an indoor swimming pool, spa, steam room, sauna, a gym. A new outdoor pool is being opened in 2020. There is a sports court, an outside beach and a playground area for the children, mini-golf and a stage where all the entertainment is staged in good weather. A high rope is located in the middle of the park, bike hire is available(see reception for opening times and prices on onsite activities). A Shop is located next to the reception which is stocked with everyday essentials. Fresh bakery items daily.
There are numerous lakes all with activities on them. Waterski, Waterboarding, Jetski, Inflatable water area, Fishing is available on one of the lakes, ask at the tackle shop for more information on prices.
An arcade with games and slot machines is situated outside the bar and upstairs there is a restaurant which also offers a delivery service to your caravan.
Tattershall Lakes Country Park is nearby to Woodhall Spa, which is a nice day trip out and Tattershall Castle is a short walk away and worth a visit, RAF Coningsby is nearby and they have training sessions over Tattershall Lakes. Battle of Britain Memorial Flight Centre in Coningsby is worth a visit, and Tattershall Farm in Tattershall is a fun day for the children.

Booking Terms & Conditions
Bookings
Breaks are secured by the payment of a non-refundable deposit and the balance and bond must be paid 8 weeks before your holiday. Please note a reminder will not be sent. Should you book your holiday 8 weeks or less before the start date, the full amount will be due. The final balance and £100 damage bond needs to be paid by the specified date If the final payments are not paid by this dates we reserve the right to cancel your holiday.
We do not accept any liability for any personal injury, loss or damage sustained by any party member during their stay. Please arrange your own holiday insurance to provide cover.
All bookings are taken in good faith, and if the resort rejects a party booking due to previous guest behaviour or for any other reason no refund of monies will be given.
A confirmed booking is taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions
Cancellations
Deposit payments are non-refundable or transferable in any circumstances.
We suggest that you make insurance arrangements to cover costs if you find it necessary to cancel your break. The following charges will apply:

Smoking
The caravan is strictly no smoking, if you smoke inside the caravan then you will forfeit your bond.
Do not stub cigarettes out on the decking as this will cause damage and please pick up any cigarette buts around the caravan.
Hot Tub
We do not accept any liability for anyone using the hot tub, this is used at your own risk. Hot tub maintenance will be carried out each day.
Glasses are not to be used near the hot tub, and any evidence regarding the use of glasses near the hot tub will result in a full drain down of the tub to check for glass and this will result in the loss of your bond.
If you request a visit from the hot tub maintenance contractor that is not warranted this will be charged from your bond.
On your departure, the hot tub will be checked by the maintenance team and if it has been misused in any way you will forfeit your bond. The misuse of the hot tub will be photographed as evidence.
Keys
Keys for the caravan are your responsibility whilst you are staying and if lost there is a charge of £25 which will be deducted from your bond. Please replace keys into the key box at the end of your stay.
Arrival and Departure
The caravan is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival, the key is in a key box and the code will be supplied with your paperwork.
The caravan must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure please leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition so we can promptly return your bond.
Linen and Bedding
The caravan has bed linen provided, you will need to provide your own towels.
Mattress protectors are on all beds and must not be removed.
Should quilts or pillows be soiled or damaged the cost of replacements will be deducted from your bond.
Damage to Caravan and Behaviour
Please report any damage or anything unsatisfactory with the caravan on arrival. Please ensure that you do report any damage or breakages we do appreciate that accidents happen.
The caravan park is family orientated and anyone with unreasonable conduct that causes a nuisance may be asked to leave, no refund will be given.
Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision of children at all times and should not be left alone in the caravan.
Do not allow children to jump on the sofa or beds.
Please remove any dirty and muddy shoes especially in wet weather to keep carpets and upholstery clean.
Do not remove furniture from inside the caravan, furniture is supplied for outside use.
General
The maximum number of guests in the caravan is 6.
No pets are allowed.
Only guests staying at Tattershall Lakes Country Park can purchase entertainment passes, these are obtained from Guest Services.
Any changes to the advertised entertainment or facilities at the park are beyond our control and we cannot accept any liability or this.
