Booking Terms & Conditions

We require a £150 non refundable deposit at time of booking with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to the holiday start date. Please note this price does not include entertainment passes as these are purchased separately through Haven on arrival if required.

We also require a damage bond of £100 which is payable 1 week prior to the holiday start date. This covers any damage caused, loss of keys, items missing, the caravan being left in a dirty or untidy state requiring extra cleaning and not checking out on time. However, this is refundable within 7 days of departure depending on the report from our cleaner.
