Our beautiful caravan is situated on Cormorant 4 on the new Seabirds luxury development

It is fully furnished with all the homely necessities you need in very comfortable and very quiet homely surroundings

It is lovingly maintained and fully cleaned and sanitised to the highest standards before each booking

We have direct beach access from Cormorant and a duck pond for the kids to feed the ducks!

One master en suite double bedroom with a large wardrobe for extra storage and a 22in flat screen TV

Two twin bedrooms with separate shower and toilet opposite

A 40in flat screen TV with Freeview and built in DVD player

Portable Bluetooth speakers in the Lounge and Master Bedroom

A large comfy sofa is located in the lounge along with a electric fire

A fully equipped kitchen contains all required along cutlery, plates, cups and glasses

Separate dining table and 4 chairs

A large selection of DVD’s, board games, cards, dominoes, jigsaws, puzzles and books will keep the whole family entertained

For your convenience a hairdryer is located in the master bedroom

A high chair, travel cot, bed guards, changing mat and bottle warmer are provided along with children’s cutlery, bowls, plates and beakers

All bedding is provided for the bedrooms and made up for arrival but bedding is needed for the travel cot if required

Hand towels are provided in both toilets but please bring your own bath towels

A ironing board and iron, a hoover and all associated cleaning equipment is provided

A shoe rack and cupboard for drying wet coats along with a clothes dryer and umbrellas is provided

A fire extinguisher and 1st aid kits are provided along with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, cctv, bed guards and socket safety covers for guest safety

The wrap-around decking has a non slip surface with safety glass and the gate locks with a key for added security and piece of mind
