Caravan details and terms & conditions

Thank you for your enquiry regarding our 3 bedroom, 6 berth family caravan based at Parkdean, Trecco Bay Holiday Park.

All our prices quoted include gas, electric.

You will need to bring you own towels & bed lining (only mattress protectors,toppers.pillow cases flat sheet are supplied) but you need to quilt cover and pillow cases,
Pillows and quilts provided ,
Flat sheets provided.

Our caravan is strictly NON SMOKING, please adhere to this and smoke outside!! NO PETS unless booked and it’s £20 per booking
Our licence agreement with Parkdean states we are unable to rent to SINGLE SEXED GROUPS IE: NO STAG OR HEN PARTIES!!!!!

We ask for the caravan to be left as you found it on your arrival, CLEAN AND TIDY all cleaning materials and appliances are provided for throughout your stay .

I have provided my caravan to you as a sign of good faith and expect you to adhere to the rules!!
We also ask you to ensure rubbish is placed in the correct Rubbish bay and not left outside the caravan on your departure.
The fridge must be emptied all all food.

We have been fortunate that all our customers have treated the caravan like their own, But if any damage to the caravan occurs then you will be liable to pay the damages. PLEASE do not entertain booking our caravan IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO RESPECT IT AND LEAVE IT IN A CLEAN AND TIDY STATE!!!!!

This is our family caravan and we only rent them out In Order to help pay the extortionate ground rent charged by Parkdean hence why our prices can be so competitive. We ask all our customers to treat our caravans as if it was your own!!

Check in is 4pm, check out by 10am

Passes for use of Showdome & swimming pool can be purchased at owners elite office at the entrance to the park, these are currently sold at £15 pp for a 3 night pass, under 2s are FREE.

If you do not want to use the Showdome venue then there is no need to purchase passes as you can access the Splashpark, Park, Arcades, Coast Restaurant, Sports Bar and American Diner without passes, and pay daily for swimming.

The maximum number of persons able to stay in the caravan is 6 people

The caravan have a key safe for access and you will receive confirmation with the key code together with directions once on park to the caravan you are staying in. There is no need to queue in reception you are able to go straight to the caravan
