About the Property
The caravan has free unlimited Wifi with three bedrooms the master bedroom having its own ensuite bathroom and dressing table with hair dryer and seating area. Plenty of storage throughout the van.
The living room is an open plan living and dining area with gas fire and free standing four and two-seater suite with table and chairs seating up to six people. It has double patio doors that open up onto the decking which has seating and a table to enjoy your coffee in the morning looking out onto the 3rd hole of the Magdalene golf course and side sea views. FREE WI-FI
Our caravan has two toilets and a power shower in the main family bathroom.
The kitchen area has a gas cooker with a kettle, toaster, larder fridge/freezer, microwave, iron/ironing board all cooking utensils, dish towels,.
Duvets and pillows are included and beds made up for your arrival at no extra cost. All that i ask is that you strip the beds on day of departure and put them in the bag provided please.
It has its own tarred private parking for 2 cars.

*Show Bar *Briggs Of Tweed restaurant, *Indoor and outdoor swimming pool, *Football muga pitch, *Amusement Arcade, Laundrette, Bowling Green, Golf Course, Mini Mart, Takeaway Fish and Chip shop.
There is always something to do at Berwick holiday park from entertaining the kids at the kids club to eating in the restaurants. This is a 5* Haven Park Site with lots to offer any family holiday.
Local Attractions:
2 beautiful beaches on the door step. Magdalene 18 Hole Golf Course, Berwick Bowling Club, Night Clubs, Pubs and Restaurants. Kids play park. Train Station that is a short walk to the caravan.
Park Rules: Guests must be over 21 years old for booking purposes and no single sex parties e.g.- hen or stag parties will be allowed on the park.

Our Caravan is A SMOKE AND ANIMAL FREE ZONE because of SERIOUS ALLERGIES to a family member. So we PLEASE ask that you ABIDE by these conditions or you would be ASKED TO LEAVE THE CARAVAN and your good housekeeping bond would be WITHDRAWN and NOT refunded so that the caravan can have a deep clean.
Please do not charge your electric car at the caravan as it will trip the caravan and you would be asked to leave with no refund.
Good House Keeping Bond
This is a £100 deposit on top of your booking deposit to cover breakages and spillages or damages to the caravan during your stay. If the caravan is left clean and the way you entered it and free from breakages or damages or spillages when you leave you will receive you £100 deposit back within 7 days after you leave.
Entry to the caravan on day of arrival is 2pm and you must vacate the caravan by 10am day of departure.
On day of arrival you will be met by myself to welcome you to our holiday home and show you how everything works.

Booking Terms & Conditions
- A £50 (non-refundable) deposit is required on booking this caravan. The final balance is due six weeks prior to your holiday date. I also require a £100 good housekeeping bond which will be added onto the final balance and refunded within seven days after your stay once the Caravan has been checked and is in order. If you cancel your booking prior to making the full payment, your deposit will be fortified and not refunded. Should you have paid your final balance and then cancel, refunds will only be made if the caravan can be re-let on your dates less £100.00 as a charge made by us for having to re -sell your dates.
If you do not arrive for your holiday, no refund will be made and also if you do arrive but vacate the caravan early for any reason including an emergency at home, no refund will be given provided the caravan has been left clean and no breakages or spillages or damage and is left the same way you entered it. No smoking, vaping or pets allowed in the caravan at any time because of serious allergies to owner’s family. If found to be in the caravan at any time you would be asked to leave and would lose your £100 Good Housekeeping Bond.
Groups are welcome e.g. golf/family etc. but no hen or stag parties at any time.
