About the Property

Our Brand New Platinum ABI St Davids is now available to rent.

It is 12ft wide and 39ft long and has plenty of room.

We have 3 bedrooms 2 twin and 1 large double bedroom, complete with ensuite toilet, 1 main bathroom with shower, we have a glorious sea view and a perfect 8ft decking veranda accessible straight from the patio doors. The caravan is situated on a private row of 6 caravans in a very central location only 2 mins from all facilities and the beach.

The caravan is fully furnished and the price includes linen and towels for each guest staying, there is a 43″ TV with built in DVD player in the lounge, and a 23″ in both twin rooms with built in DVD player and 23″ with built in DVD player in the master bedroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons inc a full sized fridge freezer, it has double glazing throughout the van and has GCH in all rooms.

The caravan has several parking spaces, a private space right next to the van, and several designated parking bays across from the van .

The caravan is located at Havens Flagship site, and there is so much to do on site, new for 2019 is the 4×4 all terrain buggies and the newly refurbished Crazy Golf, along with many many other activites, it also has its very own private beach for guests, not forgetting that Exmouth has the best chip shop in the country voted No.1 in the UK 🙂

Please note, we require a £100 security bond with your final payment, which is 100% refundable upon inspection of the caravan after your departure, as long there are no damages/breakages. This will be refunded to you within 5 days of yours departure

Entertainment passes are extra, and we can either buy these for you at your own cost, or you can buy directly from Haven yourself, we advise purchasing prior to your arrival to save additional charges on the day

COVID-19 **25% discount will be given if all facilities are not open for your booked stay** (7nights only)

BOOKING TERMS
We take a £100 non-refundable deposit to secure your date, this is to reserve your selected date, and will be taken off the cost of your balance, full payment for the cost of your holiday is required 8 weeks before your arrival date, a reminder email will be sent to you before the final payment is due
If after your 8 weeks has lapsed and you have failed to make your final balance your holiday will be cancelled and no monies paid will be refunded

On your final payment (8weeks before arrival date) we ask you to pay an additional £100 for a security bond, this is for loss or damage to the van during your stay, and for any damage to belongings inside, this includes all of the van and please note also includes damage to the veranda/decking area and seating area. Once an inspection has happened on the day of your departure, trusting everything is as you found the caravan, your security bond will be reimbursed to you within 7 days

By booking our caravan you are agreeing to pay for any damages incurred by any member of your party inc guests

3 night minimum stay Friday-Monday,
4 night stay, Monday- Friday,
7 night stay Saturday- Saturday, Friday-Friday, (please ask if you wish to have a different 7 day break)
Please ask for shorter stays as in quieter times we will be happy to help

Our caravan is cleaned by a private cleaning company and will be professionally cleaned for your arrival

Strictly a non smoking or vaping caravan and sadly due to allergies we cannot accept pets

In line with the sites policy we cannot accept same sex bookings

COVID-19 2020

Due to the current changes with the current pandemic the world are in with COVID-19, final payments are being requested 2 weeks prior to your arrival date, all updates will be given to you as soon as we receive them from Haven, no passes are able to be purchased for the Entertainment or complex as from May 2020 unless Government Guidelines change between your initial booking and your arrival date – Takeaways will be open for takeaway only, as will laundrettes and the complex shop with restrictions (updated as of June 2020)

Cleaning of the van is personally done by ourselves and our business www.dustingdaisies.com, a professional cleaning company, and we will be ensuring all guidelines are being followed, we have also passed the COVID-19 Cleaning requirements
