We are always open and taking bookings from April to the end of October.

We still have some Easter and October availability.

Our Caravan offers you a stunning 3 Bedroom prestige plus caravan with a wrap around gated veranda and beautiful sea view also benefits from a large grass area in front of the caravan.

The caravan is perfect for either a family or those who just want to relax and enjoy the peace and the fantastic view.

Wifi is available and we also provide a welcome pack for your first hot drink together with washing up liquid and hand soap also basic cleaning essentials, 3 hand towels , 2 tea towels.

It has central heating and double glazing to make your stay more comfortable in low season. You can have an amazing comfortable holiday whatever the weather.

The lounge has double patio doors leading to the decking with furniture and some outdoor games. It has a Tv/Dvd and an assortment of Dvds are provided also some games and books for all ages. There is a two and a three seater comfortable sofa, dining table and six chairs, It also has a coffee table with two solid pouffe`s which is great for the children playing. A warm inviting living flame electric fire as an addition to the central heating. The central heating is controlled with a thermostat control which is in the lounge.

The kitchen is fully fitted with an integral fridge/freezer. It is well equipped with hopefully all you need including children’s dishes and cutlery.

The bedrooms have plenty of storage and comfortable beds with mattress enhancers also reading lights above the bed. The double bedroom has bedside lights and under bed storage which contains patio umbrella, iron, ironing board and clothes airer, travel cot, highchair and a bed guard. It has a double wardrobe with drawers and a lovely dressing table with stool and large mirror, also over bed storage. A hairdryer is also in the dressing table cupboard. There is a second television/dvd player. The master Bedroom has an ensuite toilet/washbasin. The travel cot will fit in the master bedroom.

The Bathroom has a double walk in shower and a shaver point with light.
We are no smoking or Pets.
Bed Linen is provided, but not for the travel cot and the beds are made up on arrival.

We provide free unlimited wifi.
We also provide bed linen and the beds are made up for you on arrival.

3, 4, 7, 10 or 14 night Breaks are available. Availability and prices are listed do please take a look.

We also charge a refundable security payment of £100 which is returned provided the caravan is left as it was handed to you.

The caravan is just a short walk to the complex and Beach and is on a lovely quiet pitch with a large grass area in front of the caravan.

An entertainment package is available from Haven with passes available to purchase from Devon cliffs.
