Booking Terms & Conditions

The Cottage is booked by either phone or email. Once the booking is received it is confirmed with a £100 non-refundable deposit. Once this is paid we will send a confirmation e-mail. We’ll send a further email no later than 48 hours before the stay commences to remind you of the remaining payable balance.

We will take a Good Housekeeping Bond of £200 in cash , payable on arrival. This will also cover any key loss payment. The accommodation will be inspected at the end of the holiday & any damage found will be discussed. Upon return of the keys and following a check of the accommodation, The Good Housekeeping Bond will be returned within 7 days of the end of your holiday less the cost of anything identified at the end of your stay. The balance of the Good Housekeeping Bond or whole amount will be returned by bank transfer to a designated UK bank account.  This is to avoid an additional charge being levied on this transaction.
