Beautifully presented, privately owned, Willerby New Hampshire, 2 bedroom lodge on Haven’s Littlesea Holiday Park, offering panoramic views over the Fleet Lagoon from its ‘Woodlands’ position.
Situated at the top corner, backing on to woodland, we probably have the best position of the whole park, yet we’re only a few minutes’ walk from the lagoon and entertainment venue.
We join the private owners, with a rarely available property which is has full central heating and double glazing.
Our lodge has RAMP access to large gated decking area, with seating to relax and enjoy the stunning views in the daytime and the pretty pink evening sunsets.
It is decorated in pale, calming colours and offers spacious accommodation, with high ceilings and floor to roof windows giving the lodge a light, airy feeling. All windows have privacy blinds and curtains.
The two spacious bedrooms are both en-suite.
The twin bedroom has two full size beds; overhead lighting; a floor to ceiling window with privacy blinds and curtains; a wall-mounted TV; plus a walk-through wardrobe leading to a bathroom with full bath, overhead shower and folding shower screen, an Inset sink unit with storage, a WC and heated towel rail.
The double bedroom has a large double bed; large skylights; floor to ceiling windows with privacy blinds and curtains; floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobes with ample hanging and storage space; a dressing table with mirror; wall mounted TV; pus large en-suite shower room with sink and storage, a double shower unit, WC and heated towel rail.
We also have a double fold-out bed in the lounge, along with a travel cot and highchair.
The large, open plan lounge has free standing 2 and 3 seater leather, electric reclining sofas; a large, wall-mounted HD Freeview TV; and patio doors leading on to the large, glass enclosed decking with panoramic views of the lagoon and Park. Free standing rattan type furniture with seating cushions is provided for your added comfort.
The fully fitted kitchen boasts a range cooker, American fridge freezer and full-size dishwasher. We also have a beautiful, glass dining table with complementing coffee and side tables.
Bed linen is provided, and beds are made up for your day of arrival.
Complimentary tea and coffee is provided, along with toilet rolls and tea towels.
Haven’s 5* Littlesea Holiday Park offers a great many facilities on site, including 3 pools; Mash & Barrel restaurant; mini golf; karts; children’s clubs and a show bar; shop and launderette; cash machine; and a sports ground. Passes area available from Reception – these are NOT included in our rental price.
Littlesea also offers beach and coastal path access.
The surrounding area offers: pirates graveyard nearby; Sandsfoot Castle; Lulworth Cove; Lime Regis; Corf Castle; Golden Cap; West Bay; Portland Bill and Portland lighthouse; Durdle Door; Rodwell Trail; the Jurassic Coast, plus award winning, sandy beaches with water sport activities.
Weymouth is also close by, with The Pavilion offering many shows and other entertainment. Weymouth also offers a variety of bars, restaurants and entertainment, along with a lively town centre for shopping.
Dorchester and Bridport are a short drive away, both offering a good variety of things to do.
A bus stop within walking distance of the Park, allows easy access to Weymouth and the surrounding areas.

If you arrive early or wish to stay a bit longer, all Haven facilities are available, subject to entertainment passes. These are to be purchased from Reception, the cost of which is NOT included in the lodge rental price.
As per Haven policies, we are unable to accommodate stag or hen parties.
If any of Haven rules are broken and you are asked to leave, you will not be refunded any monies paid – including the breakages deposit.
Only those listed on the booking will be able to stay in the lodge. Upon booking, all names, ages, addresses and telephone contact details for each person must be provided.
NO pets allowed. Any sign of animals and you will be asked to leave, with no refund of the cost of hire or deposit being given.
NO BBQ on decking or surrounding areas please.
In the unlikely event of breakages, please let us know immediately – accidents do happen – cups, glasses and plates will not impact on your deposit.
We offer 3, 4, 7 and 14 night stays. If you wish to carry on your holiday and we have availability, we may be able to extend your stay.
The key is locked away in a key safe. The code will be given to you the day before arrival. Any key that is lost will be subtracted from your deposit at a cost of £20.
We require an £80 security deposit, which will secure your booking dates. This is non-refundable for cancellations, but will be refunded once the lodge has been checked following your departure and everything is found to be in order.
Damages, theft, stains and/or any evidence of smoking will result in full loss of the security deposit.
Regrettably, if you have paid in full we do have a cancellation charge of 25% plus the £80 holding deposit.
We kindly ask that you leave our home in the condition you find it.
