5 St Ives is a 3 bedroom property situated in the heart of St Ives. House has outside area and balcony on 3rd floor that allows you to have an early morning coffee or evening glass of wine whilst enjoying the sea view towards Godrevy.
Entrance hall leads to open plan living and dining area where there is a dining table that seats 6 people comfortably and two large sofas to enjoy chilling and relaxing with family and friends. There is a TV and house has free WiFi. House is heated with central heating
Open plan kitchen where there is a breakfast table with chairs. Kitchen is equipped fully with air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle and gas/electric oven. Kitchen has a fridge freezer and washing machine also. There is a serving hatch that opens to the living dining area so if you are the one making the brew you can still catch the chat that is going on.
Hall leads up to the first floor where there is a bathroom with shower over the bath, toilet and sink. There is a separate toilet on the first floor. Further stairs lead up to twin bedroom and double bedroom with wardrobes and dressing table.
Third bedroom is up a further flight of stairs in attic space that has a king size bed with bedside tables and lamps. There is wardrobe space for your outfits and further chest of drawers. French doors lead out onto the balcony where there is a table and chairs where you can enjoy a glass of wine or an early morning coffee.
