Greengates of Shouldham
Situated in West Norfolk and originally known as ‘Greengates’ our green gate greets you at the entrance. This was my childhood home; although we have bought it up to date it still retains all its original charm, along with a peaceful life in a beautiful village. It is situated in about a quarter of an acre of land. Fully furnished comprising of 3 bedrooms. There is open plan living -kitchen, dining living rooms form a L shape. Back conservatory leads to a secured area of garden and a 10ft trampoline. It contains a dining table /chairs. The side conservatory has a 7ft pool/table tennis table. There are numerous board games and books for all ages.
The village has a local pub, a playing field and a bowls club. The village hosts a number of events throughout the year. The locally owned and runned pub is just down the road.
The village is peaceful and just minutes from wonderful woodland to walk in. Shouldham Warren has vast forestry with a number of nature trails, located just outside of the village off Warren Road.
Our resident hen ‘Roxy’ freely roams the garden. Any eggs she lays during your stay are yours to eat. She is very friendly.
