About the Property
Kokopelli is a contemporary cottage ideally situated for exploring Sidmouth and the glorious beaches of the Jurassic coast. It is situated very close to the famous Donkey Sanctuary, a favourite with kids and adults alike. It has a private aspect and looks out over a grassy area perfect for outdoor games or just to enjoy as a relaxing view.
The cottage is single storey with a private patio area and has easy access.There are patio doors in both the lounge area and kitchen making it very light and airy. It is south facing so making it ideal for breakfasts and BBQs on the terrace in the sun.We don’t have our own private garden but the small complex is surrounded by a thick hedge and our cottage is surrounded by grass so ideal for dogs and children but it is also quiet and private so equally great for couples or friends. There is a patio table and chairs, sun umbrella and a BBQ. Also provided are 2 reclining patio chairs and 2 folding picnic chairs.
Inside there is a master bedroom with kingsize bed and bedroom two has twin beds . Large spacious open plan living/dining area , fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer and bathroom with a bath with middle taps /shower attachment and a separate shower cubicle.
Being single story it is suitable for guests with mobility issues but it is not wheelchair accessible .

Kokopelli Cottage - home from home

We loved our visit to Kokopelli cottage, we felt so at home there, every little thing had been thought of and provided. It's set in a lovely, quiet site but it's only minutes from lots of different places to visit, which is ideal for us. We saw all sorts of wildlife there and the donkey sanctuary and coast path are right next door. The information book and maps really helped us to find places to go and especially which places accept dogs, which was really helpful to us and we found we could plan our day around that. I shouldn't really leave a review because I don't want this little gem to become too popular - want to be able to go back!
Booking Terms & Conditions
Booking is reserved with a 25% non refundable deposit (unless we are not able to open and offer the accomodation) or we are able to relet the property in which case a £25 admin fee will be charged. Balance is due 60 days prior to the booking start date.
Cancellations must be made in writing or by email.
Cancellations made between 60 and 30 days , 50%of the total rental cost and less than 30 days 100% of the rental cost will be retained. If we can relet the dates we will refund in full less £25 admin fee.
We have refunded in full all bookings cancelled due to coronavirus.
