Highfields and the Haven is perfectly located near to the beach, town and all the local amenities that Skegness has to offer. The site is ideal for non-drivers as the sea front is only a six-minute walk.

Highfields is a family-friendly park that has the added benefit of having non-letting (Highfields 1) and sub-letting (Highfields 2) areas.

The Haven is a quiet non-letting site that is tucked away at the back of Highfields. The site is beautifully set out with each plot having its own individual parking bay.

HIGHFIELDS & THE HAVEN AMENITIES

The new reception area on Highfields is now open.

There is a new retail park that opened in 2018 just opposite the park which incorporates an Aldi, Jolleyes, B&M, Marks and Spencers. There is also a Marston’s Pub (The Twelve Oars) which will be serving food all day.
