The Boat of Garten Holiday Park

Boat of Garten Holiday Park is a family run holiday park situated in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. The park is only a 6 mile drive to the busy village of Aviemore which is ideal for a little bit shopping, dining out, sightseeing and much, much more. For those of you that have children or are big children at heart Landmark is a must and is only a 5 minute drive away in Carrbridge.

There are lots of things to see and do at Boat of Garten. Including cycle trails through the woodland tracks. Beautiful river and forest walks, fishing on the famous River Spey for salmon and trout. Golf at the scenic 18 hole golf course, view the local community gardens. Boat of Garten is the perfect location to explore the Scottish Highlands or simply unwind the the tranquil surroundings.

It’ll take you quite some time to explore the 30,000 km² of the Highlands. There are plenty of free attractions and places to visit, ideal for anyone on a budget. Maybe you’ll delve into Jacobite history at a museum, explore a prehistoric burial site, or take time to capture that perfect snap of a railway engineering wonder?

The vast landscape has an undulating coastline, wild expanses, rugged mountains, rushing rivers, and conifer-rich woodlands, and – luckily – most of it won’t cost you a penny. They say the best things in life are free, and this is certainly true when it comes to the Highlands.

Rental Season The Park lies in the centre of Boat of Garten village and is open all year round.
